It's almost certainly a draw. Opposite coloured bishops , (similar to a previous position) where each controls their colour of squares so hard for any side to make headway. Note that if you were just left with your h pawn, bishop and king against king, you can't get the pawn into h8 to queen as your bishop is the wrong colour. It needs to be the same colour as the queening square.

Worth remembering that if you can steer the endgame into an opposite coloured bishop endgame, you will have drawing chances even though you might be a couple of pawns down.
