There is such a thing as a high dependency unit, which seems to have been bypassed for a panic stations approach to the ICU...

Are the haters happy now? Ar5seholes

By:
He's a goner in my opinion
This will mean total lock down, no exercise the whole 9 yards |
By:
Either way its quite an interesting time
We've never experienced this before, a PM going down like this |

"for tests" and "As a precaution" Equals BS!
Actually feeling sick for the man. ![]() |
By:
I said that emit
You don't go into hospital for tests and precaution, my grandma went in for the same bs but we knew she was for it, the paramedics don't want to panic you ![]() |

several of the 'progressives' on feeling smug? or more likely wish they hadn't typed the nasty rubbish they have.
edy wants to depopulate the place gigillo wished the worst on a right wing italian and fantasist punter spewing out his hatred and nasty remarks on several topics there is something seriously twisted with these people we are supposed to belong to the human race but these seem to want to make political capital on here and make disgusting uncaring remarks |
By:
moisok, do you really feel it's appropriate to misportray things as part of your trolling right now?
By:
who agrees with edy that we should depopulate the place
he doesn't like me bringing it up how embarrassing |
By:
I don't like you misportraying things in your trolling.
By:
If you do feel it is appropriate to do so because you wish to smear me, feel free to so, I can't hinder you. I can however express my disappointment.
By:
you used the word and you think you can get away with anything
By:
with it - arrogance personified like the rest of your progressive 'friends' on here
By:
You also just used the word - twice. Context always matters.
By:
And you purposefully ignore it in order to portray a wrong image. Which I have to say is a nasty tactic.
By:
Unless Darren is correct and its just nothing more than a stunt to get us all to do as they say
I did say it was a possibility not for definite, though now he's in ICU it sways it more the other way, either way I genuinely wish him no harm. Is it possible whatever symptoms he did have, have been worsened by being in hospitals, further contraction of the virus via other doctors ? |
By:
Never voted Tory in my life ...but I really hope he is going to be ok .
By:
Darren I would say it goes the other way myself, more people will listen now he is
The whole shaking hands with everyone comment over a month ago seems more suspicious if you're looking at it from that angle There was no need to say it but he seemed so unsure about what he was saying at the time, it didn't seem genuine in my opinion We shall wait and see, but I think he's a goner, and I've always said he'd be replaced anyway, he's not the right man to do any type of dealings etc, he's charismatic and that was what was needed for the whole Brexit saga, gets people on board so to speak Trump is another I never thought would last the 4 years either, was convinced Pence would take over at some point but they have decided to proceed with Trump |
By:
Although saying that he does seem the best to lead in a crisis like this, a sort of Churchill type figure
Stiff upper lip in the face of adversity, |
By:
whilst that is technically true, it would be beyond belief that he'd take an ICU bed to make a point, having said that, he's not on a ventilator and is conscious, that's a good sign he'll be OK either way.
By:
Just not believing he's conscious and not on a ventilator.. No point being in ICU, then... Suspect we're being fed BS!
By:
You only get taken to intensive care if your seriously ill though darren
And they keep saying he's fine, sorry but not possible if he's in intensive care |
By:
He's be on a normal ward in his own room if he was fine
intensive care isn't for the getting better |
By:
Ian Dale, LBC... "I know Boris and he's a fighter. He won't be taking this lying down"

Usual waffle in this instance emit

By:
The way he talks cardinal
But he's a buffoon lets be honest, he was right man at right time for Brexit, his buffoonery was a likeable trait |
By:
there is something seriously twisted with these people
we are supposed to belong to the human race but these seem to want to make political capital on here and make disgusting uncaring remarks Well said moisok You are the new voice of reason on here. May Allah provide you with many sons and no daughters ! |

"Just not believing he's conscious and not on a ventilator.. No point being in ICU, then... Suspect we're being fed BS!"
emitdeb are you wrong in the head or something, the guy is in ICU and you think its a stunt, probo the same kind of person that sunbathes in a park with 20 of his mates, moron!! |
By:
you go to ICU for emergency treatment.. Not for observation. Unless Prime Ministers get different service.. Steady with the insults my friend.
![]() |
By:
We know..
![]() |
By:
There seems to be a lot of criticism for “ morons “ who go sunbathing in a park but very little for the three men charged with protecting the nation from the virus and all got it themselves!

By:
like a few on here i dont vote for the tories but anybody wishing Boris (ill or worse) needs to take a look at themselves
it could be there parent, spouse, child lying in hospital right now, step back required and by all means once boris pulls through - rip him to shreds again - but til then i hope boris all the best in his fight/recovery. |
By:
apparently it was Boris's own medical team that recommended he went into ICU, surely only the hospital staff there can take those decisions?

Why is everyone trying to second guess the sequence of events that led to the PM being transferred to intensive care?
You're bored presumably. Go and check on a vulnerable neighbour if you've nothing better to do than sit on here, sniping at those less fortunate. You can't possibly know the facts nor can you necessarily rely upon what we are being told at the briefings. One would assume that the decision was taken jointly between the PM's own doctors and those based at the hospital. Don't look for conspiracy theories. The PM, like everyone else stricken by this awful disease, deserves our full support. |

bonnie i am wondering how he got it, after being surrounded by the best information and chief medical officers giving him the best advice? is he the right man to be telling us what to do? quite scary really when the three men telling us what to do get it then the sub comes on and he has it now! any answers? anyone?
By:
I’m not wondering how he got it!
On March 3rd he was filmed telling everyone he had been shaking hands in hospital with coved patients. I believe the peanuts in Number 10 were still salty then! The question of whether these people are the right ones to b3 leading our defence is a serious one that need answering. As stated many t8mes. I do not think they know what they are doing. That is not a cheap pot shot either. Their messaging has been awful |

Hear it first here." That was the worst thing ive ever gone though and I wouldn't wish it on anybody else so we must continue lockdown for as long as it take" Thanks Boris and up yours.
