Johnson can't even control a hard-on

to put it simply lockdowns can supress the virus if it fails they can try the herd immunity or keep locking down till a vaccine becomes available
if the uk has 40 million cases,500,000 desths and immunity doesn't seem to work, what does the uk do dead bodies everywhere, nhs not in meltdown but melted down, panic on streets, what do doris and the 2 loons suggest |
|
By:
At least if half a million die it'll make house prices go down and allow some of Generation X onto the property ladder.
Also the nutjobs will refuse to be vaccinated so it'll be a bit Darwinian in that regard as well. People need to be a bit more "glass half full" about this . |

^ bang on 1sttp imo as well,as said i'm no expert in anything but sweetjesus try.

By:
unfortunately i can't look at c4 + 1 as outvoted(again) with ant and dec here but that prof ought to be nearly on,he was almost suppressed.

PLUS THE MOST obvious question off all to silly to ask really
if washing your hands prevents the virus from spreading and dr Frankenstein wants to infect 40/50 million people why are they encouraging people to wash their hands, ![]() ![]() |
|
By:
herd immunity is associated with vaccines not with epidemics, this virus may mutate so even if herd immunity is achieved it may count for sweet fa.
|
|
By:
exactly jolly so with hospitals broken,50 million cases, body bags everywhere, panic in streets
where do you go next the other way you've got options more lockdowns etc, obviously economicaly catastrophic but seems uk has put the economy front and centre, but don't even see how that matters if the rest of the world is in meltdown |
|
By:
It's all about trhe money,we are tanking and it's not just the virus, they know it and will do anything to keep the plebs working and going to school..

here is an article on south korea's approach, they have not been as draconian as china but they have conducted lots and lots of tests, isolated the infected and contacted those who have been near the infected.
openness and transparency seem to be quite important too. file:///C:/Users/phili/Downloads/1627740911_ArticlebyJohnPoweronSouthKoreascoronavirusreponse(SouthChinaMorningPost).pdf (we are p1ssing in the wind here 1tp but we should carry on anyway ). |

there are no easy answers, whatever our leaders do will be criticised but they should at least allow others to examine the model they are using.

like Brexit we seem to be in a competition we win, they lose, when in fact if one losses we both lose, if this had happened 4 months ago what would we be saying in EU MEETINGS/planning
|

Doctors are telling people its nothing to worry about and its just the flu/cold
I think even the REAL doctors know its a crock of s*** as well, they can parade these numpties around on TV (DOES ANYONE know these doctors that are on the TV personally?) Does anyone know any of these so called "experts", this is a massive psyop that seems to not be getting questioned at all ffs France shutting everywhere down, wake up people before its to late |
|
By:
we could still be in eu meetings/phone calls on this, hancock wanted to be but the clown said no - absolute madness.

1700 bodie,s in Italy, spain looks like been worse
who gives a fook who,s saying what, open your eyes |

Autopsies 1TP?
If they are going to shut everywhere down and demand mandatory vaccines and everyone's freedoms and rights, shouldn't they be asked to provide evidence? |
|

Is testing expensive?
|
|
By:
There's a company producing thousands of them but no one can get their hands on them and i think they are relatively inexpensive..
|
|
By:
usa playing catch up going on a multi million testing blitz,uk have stopped the 2 goons saying its of no importance now, so knowing theres 2 million cases in London and none in Newcastle is of no interest to the loons in charge
some dr om beeb earlier said although they wont test thery,ll record, model people seen with symptons, I,m not to fooooking bright me but without the test they could be indentifying seasonal flu, bug, just a thought ,even worse she said they don't test for norfmal seasonal flu, NO YOU SILLY COW BUT THERE,S A FOOOOOKING VACCINE FOR THAT |

at the last press conference they announced they will do less testing, we arent testing people in hospital who die of pneumonia or other related diseases. if you put carp information into your model you will get carp out.
it is the opposite of what the koreans did. |

By:
@ Angoose,i am not too bothered about UK polits per se,re Rory Stewart he seems to have done an interview with cnn basically lamblasting this herd immunity thing, i can't comment on his motives but mine are neutral.
I was pleased to see Arlene Foster today acknowledging Ireland is an island.fair play she couldn't do much more. |

By:
how does doing nothing smooth the curve? all it means is the nhs will be overwhelmed earlier. BARKING FECKING MAD
you smooth the curve by encouraging social distancing. along with testing, isolation and contact tracing. |
|
By:
That Js is screaming at me as well(smoothing curve) get infected and fook ya

hygiene will win the day ...this virus will go berserk among the great unwashed ...that's where we will see the greater problems ...
|
|
By:

|
By:
angoose, so far it looks like the public have completely ignored government advice so the government will change course, that suggests their model isnt very good. unless of course there is a lot of double bluff going on and they actually knew we would all do the opposite of what they said. either way, i would suggest economics isnt the only subject where those making models are complete chancers

Can the government be sued for negligence by relatives of once healthy and fit deceased exposed to carriers of the virus whilst in public places eg school, colleges, sporting events, etc, ie those that were closed or banned by governments of countries like Spain and France?

Hundreds of scientists have written to the government urging them to introduce tougher measures to tackle the spread of Covid-19.
In an open letter, a group of 229 scientists from UK universities say the government's current approach will put the NHS under additional stress and "risk many more lives than necessary". The signatories also criticised comments made by Sir Patrick Vallance, the government's chief scientific adviser, about managing the spread of the infection to make the population immune. The scientists also questioned the government's view that people will become fed up with restrictions if they were imposed too soon. BBC |

So the scientists with differing views have collectively written to the government instead of saying nothing to undermine the advice of the two prominent government scientific exerts on the matter.
A lot to be gained being prudent. |

You’ll always have disagreement within the scientific community, especially on a highly complex and important topic.

forget about anyone in tory party having you and your families health at heart all their work is concentrated on delaying the monment their health service, their social care service, their so called jobs miracle all turns to shoite in the same week,
when it happens every tv screen in the country should replay that loony sunaks budget speech just a week ago,one that hailed him PM in waiting |

By:
Whitty and Vallance are clearly smart cookies, they are clearly subject matter experts.
As such, they could stand there and make a case for a certain course of action that appears to be totally plausible to the general public. However, they could stand there and make an equally plausible argument for a totally different course of action. This, of course, is something that Johnson is a past master at. In his case, he will choose to make a contrary argument for what best suits him. Now, I would like to think that Whitty and Vallance presented an argument that they truly believe in. But I can’t be fully certain if that is the case. |

lets make it simple if they were speaking independently cummings wouldn't have them there,
