The new Ice age garbage was not an established view in the scientific community. Global warming is understood and agreed by pretty much everybody with an understanding of science.
The Ice age Theory was they we would put more & more smoke into the atmosphere that sunlight wouldn't get through. It was not general scientific opinion. Maybe it would have been correct but we have cut down on coal burning (or at least used "cleaner" coal. LOL Charlie/ Detraveller- you are of course correct to point out how silly anybody is to claim to be upset that people suggest TM needs help. What you don't seem to understand mosiok is that it will be a continual change. Climates will change as in warmer, colder, rainier in parts of the world where it hasn't happened before. It's not good.
