Climate change is adversely affecting all parts of the world. The past four years have been the hottest recorded yet. Sea ice across the Arctic is melting at a rate of 14% per decade, risking the loss of its most majestic creature — the polar bear. Already on the verge of starving, 40% have already disappeared. Climate scientists and groups like the United Nations are trying to rally countries to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Do you actually believe anything you post . You are now moaning that Global warming gets a fair bit of press attention (that is your opinion as I'm sure there are people who don't think it gets enough) So...... Scientists & statisticians claim that in next 50 years or so Man made changes to Earth will mean hundreds of millions of people would have to relocate, move country because they live close to sea level. They predict changes to where crops can grow, places which currently produce food won't be able to & some places which can't produce food will be able to. They predict a higher frequency of deadly storms. WTF are the press supposed to do? It is not one or two scientists making this prediction, it is over 90%. Governments around the world are starting to pass laws. Yet you believe the nasty press are reporting these stories. It is hardly in the papers every day, because it is a gradual change it makes for boring news. Still Moisok all you need to do is post a link to your news source. Yet you can't, or just don't want to expose your lies. |

OR B) The cause of Earth's warming is NOT due to the increase in greenhouse gases in atmosphere. Charles shouldn't be flying short distances for personal events. The might be security issues but I doubt it - UK is pretty safe & he would have police escort. He understands that the evidence is there & is basically case closed as to whether humans cause global warming. It is bad PR from him - must do better. Not really sure what your point is . Charlie- pretty sure over 90% of the people who understand science, maths already agree global warming is a problem. There will always be a few uneducated flat- Earthers around. |
