Full-time  Wales 35-13 Uruguay
Attention turns to France...

A bonus point win is a bonus point win and Wales top Pool D with a fourth straight victory, but this performance was not very impressive with handling errors and turnovers prevalent and scoring chances wasted.

Wales coach Warren Gatland said there were quarter-final places up for grabs before this match after making 13 changes from the side that defeated Fiji.

Not many players have really enhanced their prospects of forcing their way into the starting side to face France in Oita next Sunday.

If Scotland are lucky they could get the courts to replay it?

Say they were hindered by the wind

Full-time Japan 28-21 Scotland....

Rugby history is made. Japan - glorious, relentless host nation Japan - are World Cup quarter-finalists for the first time.

Scotland are heading home vanquished by the tempo, precision and stupendous fitness of the Brave Blossoms.

The only consolation is that we would have gotten humped by the All Blacks in the quarter final.

i was thinking that , weve had 40 odd matches and only 2 or 3   matches that have been must win games the rest strolls .
PS , IF ANOTHER TYPHON OR MATCHES NOT BEING PLAYED NEXT WEEKEND, WHO GOES THROUGH TO SEMIS, PROBABLY GROUP WINNERS?

If they did that elis it would be totally farcical and no point watching the rest of it

Only our game with France (Italy NZ doesn't count lol) was worth anything cancelled so it was no big deal

France probably wont mind avoiding Australia, Wales are a known opposition

WHAT HAPPENS IF QUARTERS ARE POSTPONED!
THEY WILL BE RESCHUDULED TO BE PLAYED WITHIN 2 DAYS OR SUCH LONGER PERIOD AS DETERMINED BY RWCL
By:

When: 13 Oct 19 16:43
PS IF UNABLE TO PLAY THE QUARTERS AT ALL, THE TEAM THAT HAS SCORED MOST POINTS IN POOL GOES THROUGH, THAT SCENARIO HOWEVER UNLIKELY WPOULD KNOCK OUT ENGLAND
