This point has been done to death on here and is beyond debate,you can't use the nothing to do with religion argument as a defence when that religion has particular views on women as key elements to the grooming gang issue. In fact they are hiding behind these rules when the need arises. Do you agree/disagree that any of the below are a factor in Muslim grooming gang rape: • A woman or girl who has been raped cannot testify in court against her rapist(s). • Testimonies of 4 male witnesses are required to prove rape of a female (Quran 24:13). • A woman or girl who alleges rape without producing 4 male witnesses is guilty of adultery. • A woman or girl found guilty of adultery is punishable by death (see "Islamophobia"). • A male convicted of rape can have his conviction dismissed by marrying his victim. • Muslim men have sexual rights to any woman/girl not wearing the Hijab (see Taharrush). • A woman can have 1 husband, who can have up to 4 wives; Muhammad can have more. • A man can marry an infant girl and consummate the marriage when she is 9 years old. • Girls' clitoris should be cut (Muhammad's words, Book 41, Kitab Al-Adab, Hadith 5251). • A man can beat his wife for insubordination (see Quran 4:34 and Religion of Peace). • A man can unilaterally divorce his wife; a wife needs her husband's consent to divorce. • A divorced wife loses custody of all children over 6 years of age or when they exceed it. • A woman's testimony in court, allowed in property cases, carries ½ the weight of a man's. • A female heir inherits half of what a male heir inherits (see Mathematics in Quran). • A woman cannot speak alone to a man who is not her husband or relative. |

I took a day off work to attend today.
A 200 crowd became 500 as time went on. What I call real people. Men, women, young, old, people in wheelchairs, Veterans in uniform, office workers, and every one a patriot. Moving speeches by a woman and a teenager about child abuse that TR has sought to highlight. A trailer shown of an upcoming documentary about anti semitism here and in France. Truly shocking. Very good natured atmosphere. Despite the obvious differences, we made sure of giving Plod a big round of applause, to which they couldn't manage a smile nor a thankyou. Songs were sung, networking was done. A 16year old lad expressed a desire to get into politics to make a difference. Ezra Levant kept us informed with live tweets. Lord Pearson the only person from Parliament with the guts to attend. People gathered with a rational concern about Islam and the future of free speech. When TR came out at lunch to speak to the crowd, he was harrassed by the press. The very same thing he's accused of!!!! He of course was shrewd enough to film them doing that. Americans, Welsh, Scots and Israelis. Black and white, rich and poor. ALL with a genuine concern for where we're heading. |

Do you support him being jailed for breaking the law of the land? ...... If it is proven that Mr Robinson did indeed break the law of the land then he should be punished according to seriousness of those crimes , much the same as anybody else . But here is the crux of the potential problem : others , it is claimed have allegedly broken the same law and despite this being brought to the attention of the authorities , they have gone unpunished . So would his punishment be 'much the same as anybody else' or would it be a case of making an example of him by handing down an unnecessarily harsh punishment not befitting the actual crime ? It would appear , from what I've seen of this case over the past 15 months , that his initial trial & sentencing were seriously flawed (as supported by the original ruling of the appeal court) so it would suggest that his punishment was indeed politically motivated . That is my main concern and I'm sure the main concern of a majority of ordinary , decent people who've been following events over the last year or so . |
