Bullying and victimisation by the State the like of which used to be confined only to communist states and dictatorships . What used to be heavily criticised by 'western' governments and media alike is now condoned and encouraged by both .

i thought he was in court for libel
he accepted he had got it wrong maybe he has offered a settlement, and other side thinks his libel deserved more likely come out in the wash, imo. |
