I think so.

At early ages it really is as simple as - different types of people, families etc exist - they might not be like you but it's ok. It's not complex nor does it need to be - you can build on it later.

Actual sex education should be at secondary once you get to the period around when some are sexually active. In some of the nuttier states in the US, they don't teach it or some promote abstinence only. Which does nothing to reduce unplanned pregnancies or sexual activity

aaronh Stop deflecting my opinions on this subject could fill a page and they contain no bias.
I'm against anyone who is on the LGBT bandwagon (those faking for attention and special treatment) and don't believe that Muslims with their fictional self serving lives should be dictating the rights and wrongs of unavoidable biological issues some have to deal with.

Pmsfl , I asked you a question on a Forum you have failed to answer it ,I have absolutely no Interest in the Muslim community
and have very little contact with it, How could I ask them ?  Answer the Question Why do you think there is Such an uproar
within the Muslim community regarding Teachings on Gay Sex which is deemed a Sin by Readers of the Book , Yet the same
communities have stood by while mass rape took place  across the UK ??  Is having sex with Minors not deemed a sin  ?
It all seems very strange to me, If you are not interested in answering the Question or have no opinion on it Say so .

It will save me having to read any more of what you post , something else of which I have no interest in .

TBH I could not give a Flying if you answer or not ,the rest of the Forum will judge you not me Grin

As a matter of interest casemoney while you were on your ban did you go around to many indigenous communities and apologise to them for the Catholic Priests who buggered and beat their children?

Answer the Question Why do you think there is Such an uproar
within the Christian community regarding Teachings on Gay Sex which is deemed a Sin by Readers of the Book , Yet the same communities have stood by while mass rape took place  across the UK ??  Is having sex with Minors not deemed a sin  ?

You're not seriously suggesting teaching on mixed race relationships is akin to Adam and Steve and Mary and Martha??

Well, what exactly is wrong with Adam and Steven and Mary and Martha being consenting adults that wish to live in a loving partnership with each other, or also them just humping like two wild buffaloes to have fun?

Open question to anyone, not just you.

...not a single answer to this since I asked yesterday evening despite so many new posts? Very disappointing

Totally agree with you Whispering regarding abuse by all religions and have raised the Christian Catholic Issue on several threads  which you have obviously not read , IMO they are all scum exploiting people  suffering from delusions I hope that covers the Subject ...

My thoughts on this current subject is that it may well lead to an escalation of Homophobia among  A certain group , where
that could end up ,who knows ,its bad enough as it is ..

Where have I said I was banned ??? You seem to know alot about my comings and Goings yet don't read anything I write Plain

I agree with Edy  its peoples Choice Live and Let Live but I do think sex education for 5 year olds is going to far , Straight or gay .

But casemoney, it's not at all about teaching the graphic details of sexual intercourse to 5 year olds, straight or gay. That ain't what Department of Education wants. It's only the homophobes who try to portray it as such because they don't have any real arguments without that kinda lie.

Why call people homophobes edy?

Surely you're capable of rising above using abusive language.

Homophobe is now defined as 'An individual who enters a debate about same sex relationships without an LGBT agenda' .
By:

When: 23 May 19 12:06
Dr Crippen, surely you can differentiate between normal definitions and abuse. Homophobe is the former, as e.g indicated by a lack of words like "informal" or "offensive" in its entry in the highly regarded Oxford dictionary.

Always glad to help and educate you, my good friend Happy

is open to you too.

Apparently that is the case with some Reynard.

edy clearly uses the word as a slur.

I stand by my original comment.

Reynard - that's an excellent description of where we are, sadly.

edy - to have a go at your question..I don't believe in this 'ground zero' morality situation. I believe some things, traditions, cultures etc are worth keeping and celebrating. It seems so much of what we once were is being stripped away.

The single parent thing is ruinous to society yet championed by the progressives. A man and woman in marriage is proven to be highly successful in bringing on the next generation. It has its flaws, of course, but it remains a great blueprint for society.

That's what we've taught our kids and I hope they pass it on to theirs.

Thank you Injera, but that doesn't really answer the question. Why should children not be taught that it's ok if two men or two women who love each other very much choose to spend their time together?

It won't be the end of the occident and the end of heterosexuality and happy families. It will simply open the doorway for more children of God to not be spit at for absolutely no good reason other than choosing the consenting love life that God created them for.

Please don't be such a fifth columnist that doesn't accept the rule of law, someone who puts himself and his religiously founded believes above the state.

Because, in my humble, I reckon the tradition of marriage between  man and a woman is worth celebrating and encouraging at the expense of all other types of relationship. That's not to deny other situations don't exist but it's say 'marriage between a man and a woman is best'.

Anyone who as you say spits at gays or worse is pathetic and needs a slap.

As for this 'love each other' thing. That's not a reason to enourage any type of relationship. Incest is illegal as is polygamy and under age relationships. Any 'love' in those situations is superceded by law or can I say common sense.

edy

It won't be the end of the occident and the end of heterosexuality and happy families.

Indeed, if anything, it will lead to more people feeling free to come out instead of feeling pressured into a heterosexual relationship which they end up leaving early because they're miserable.

Oh please, don't bring out incest, polygamy and under age relationships. You know full well that at least incest and under age relationships are in an entirely different league.
