yeah I'm moving more to the too stupid to realise conclusion.

Terry why is the fact that he was a *Rothschild* employee relevant?

Opening paragraphs from Wikipedia

Emmanuel Jean-Michel Frédéric Macron (French: [emanɥɛl ʒɑ̃ miʃɛl fʁedeʁik makʁɔ̃]; born 21 December 1977) is a French politician serving as President of the French Republic and ex officio Co-Prince of Andorra since 2017. He previously was Minister of the Economy, Industry and Digital Affairs from 2014 to 2016.

Macron was born in Amiens and studied philosophy at Paris Nanterre University, completed a Master's of Public Affairs at Sciences Po and graduated from the École nationale d'administration (ENA) in 2004. He worked as a senior civil servant at the Inspectorate General of Finances and later became an investment banker at Rothschild & Cie Banque.

I believe in terry world, you just need to link anyone to the international lizard/zionist conspiracy, the latter part is already apparently proven and not worth discussing.

Jesus the babyboomer generation (that's you lot btw) really have swallowed  every conspiracy possible about anything that happens haven't you? what a great way to shift the blame - it can't just be possible that the building caught fire, was loved by many and those with money felt that they should contribute (tax breaks etc aside as it may well be financially astute to donate this money) to it's restoration, good publicity etc included?
Maybe it's because it is basically you lot that have run things for the last 40 odd years in the world and your generations' sheer incompetence and greed (and seeming need to not help the future generation) that things have been left to rot for my and future generations to clear up? No it can't be that it must be a huge ruse to fool people for whatever silly reason you (and your masters on right wing U.S. websites tell you to) think. What an utter embarrassment you all are.

I read above the right wing tendencies were to blame for the anti-semitism sentiment....and yet the real right wing do nothing but blame the left wing for it. Strange world innit?

The tax break thing is a little funny as apparently it's owned by the French government, they didn't want to stump up enough to restore it, and now by giving large tax breaks on "donations" they are paying for it anyway. Not sure how that works in conspiracyland but I'm sure it'll fly. As the saying goes
"The Illuminati moves in mysterious ways".n

I would have thought the lack of appetite to pay directly for it's upkeep might be related to the fact France is supposed to be secular.

JC
You know when you call out people who you think are some sort of default conspiracy nut, do you ever actually look at the world and ask...'well what do I know about the levels humans have stooped to before'?

The number of scandals that we know about are simply too long to list....and they are the ones we know.
Why do you assume you should take innocence as the goto option knowing manipulation and alterior motive has such an indelible stain on the human race?

If they had any sense they'd sell off little charred bits of the building with certificates of authenticity, make a damned fortune, might even turn a profit on it.

What makes me laugh here is that we are talking about a catholic cathedral, a building associated with a theory on life that has a corrupted human race at it's centre that were said to be made fallible to fall into the trap of original sin.

Well if god wont f uckin trust man.....

My neighbour has a little chunk of the berlin wall on display. I'm a little sceptical it's authentic, I tried speaking German to it and, quite suspiciously, it kept stumm. I reckon he chipped a bit off his garage.

One of my friends sent me an email concerning the security on the roof of Notre-Dame. She has a diploma in Art History and studied in the “Ecole du Louvre” (“Louvre School”, where students learn art history and restoration processes): “I visited the framing of Notre Dame with architects of the “Bâtiments de France” (“Buildings of France”, the highest rank for an architect in France), some years ago. This 13th century timber frame was extremely protected. Each intervention is always accompanied by historians, architects, experts; no work is envisaged without extreme caution; no source of heat, no torch, no electrical apparatus is allowed; a high-performance alarm system is in place; and very strict supervision of all people allowed there. I think we will eventually learn that this was arson.

Oh I just don't know where to begin
Though he says he'll wait forever
It's now or never
But she keeps him hanging on
The silly champion
She says she can't go home
Without a chaperone

Accidents will happen
We only hit and run
He used to be your victim
Now you're not the only one

Accidents will happen
We only hit and run
I don't want to hear it
'Cause I know what I've done

Your mouth is made up but your mind is undone

It was NOT arson! The Paris Prosecutor ruled it out just as the fire was cooling. I for one trust him!

Anyway, it's not as if there have been arson attacks on French Churches lately..

https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/8804063/france-church-arson-attacks-vandalism-christian-heritage/

CHURCHES across France have been set on fire and poo smeared on walls as the country’s Christian heritage is said to be under attack from “militant secularism”
