What a pathetic post dan , pathetic stuff and very sad
What's pathetic about the truth ? |
|
By:
don't be dense anxious - you know the anti war mob in the party - mummy's men tum
I get sick of the open disrespect, but also the implied disrespect on here - especially the carping snide remarks from people who have not served. They have no idea what it is like. Even though I was opposed to the recent wars we have started or intervened in. Those poor blokes fighting unpopular recent colonial wars. ARgh!! But you are a serving forces member and you have to go. People don't understand. |
|
By:
Indeed.
This year more than any other we should take a minute to remember the sacrifices made by so many people. Some though would rather use their sacrifice to score cheap points against a political opponent rather than be quiet for just two minutes. If those soldiers could see some on here now. |

Nobody is denying that the dead in these wars to should never be forgotten , but the point being made was that Corbyn was not wearing a poppy or big enough poppy , this was a lie and just another attack on him , something which the tories and their cheerleaders do every day
|
|
By:
Some seething going on here then been made to look utter ****s,fools rush in!!!
|
|
By:
True moisok can't say I backed many of the recent wars with the exception of Afghanistan, even there though don't stay to win hearts and minds of people who clearly don't like you. Level them and leave and if you let terrorist organisations train and plan attacks from your country we'll level you again.

![]() Yes it does he's supposed to be representing the opposition party of this country and one day he hopes to be the leader of this country. I for one would like someone who looks the part not someone who would be better in the cast of Steptoe and Son ![]() |

Let’s be clear about this Corbin showed a minimal amount of respect in the way he dressed.
Anyone who cannot see that is quite frankly out of touch with reality. |

The size of the poppy? Who knows?
The point is that respect, like justice, should be seen to be done and quite sadly it was not. |

If your talking about Momemtum i dont think they are pro EU at all Thousands of campaigners from the Momentum movement, which grew out of Jeremy Corbyn’s Labour leadership campaign, will be drafted in to rally support for a Remain vote in the EU referendum, the group’s leadership has confirmed. In a boost to the Remain campaign, the group will mobilise its 100,000 registered supporters nationwide ahead of the 23 June referendum. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/jeremy-corbyn-s-momentum-movement-to-mobilise-its-100000-supporters-behind-remain-in-the-eu-a7047076.html |

Of all the representatives there be it Tory, Labour, Royalty, Foriegn dignitaries there was only one coont in a anorak ?
|
|
By:
the nail on the head was struck when it was remarked that he wears posh suits and ties to SOME events but does a 'michael' over Remembrance. He seems to manage it when going to meet his eu cronies - says it all really.

Corbyn has always been anti EU, the only thing he hates more is this country

he is playing games and clearly sends a message to his mummy's men tum backers.

I got a pin poppy for the Mrs - they actually charge £2.50 for them, whilst the others are donation. My Mrs says she will wear it all year. They are quite classy.
As for the OP posting during the 2 minutes silence, shame on you. ![]() |

What a load of drivel and garbage this thread is , the Spiv lie machine and its sheep
|

By:
Forget about 100 years remembrance , just talk about anoraks and size of poppys ffs
|
|
By:
Anxious, there are none so blind that will not see.
What will you say if JC subsequently comes out and says that in hindsight he got it wrong? |
|
By:
What exactly was it he got wrong.
|
|
By:
I see nothing wrong with Corbyn's general stance.
Everyone is so quick to defend their own good thing at the cost of somebody else, and the more it happens the more war end product. I have nothing against picking up the weapons when there is no other alternative, as was the case in WW1/WW2, the enemy was at the gate. But its not like that the majority of the time, and if people dont attempt to be as considerate as possible then we might as well go straight to nuclear war and end it because tribes will always be divided and we are simply delaying the inevitable in that case. |
|
By:
Can we just get back to posy for a second, condemning Corbyn for not wearing Corbyn, but posting on here at exactly 11am, to the sound of bashing keys

Sure.
As Posy will not be standing for parliament, I”m not to concerned about that. |

Just seen something that's relevant:
Two stories today: *Jeremy Corbyn demands an end to veterans being left homeless. *Jeremy Corbyn's coat has a hood. Guess which one this place highlights. |
|

People just happened to be watching the armistice ceremony, perhaps that’s why.

he wore two poppies

The new snowflakes out in force - desperate to be offended.

It’s actually quite dangerous when people follow a leader who they believe can do no wrong.
It smacks of a cult. |
