Seemingly he was cutting his holiday short to get back to London for the Tommy Robinson court case.

A younger man would have been given a swift right hand by some of the black passengers on that plane, think he got away with it because he seemed like a crazed old man who had many issues. Why does anyone want a window seat btw, there's nothing to see apart from a blue sky for the majority of the flight but more to the point, in the aisle seat it's quick/easy access to the toile and a bit more leg room. That's where I always prefer to sit anway.

This is typical of the trivia that makes the headlines these days as long as race is involved .

An absolutely non story that the racist hurt feelings brigade have blow up into a hanging offence.

I haven't even seen the video, but I know no one was injured, so whatever he said was only words.

Only words.

So why the fuss?

take him off, unload his case, call police, wait while statements are made, reload plane, take off 3 hours late or more

compensate 200+ passengers with £400 each or so..

or move her, take off , and wait for flack to die down ?

aspergers poss ?  ....

would have been better to see what started it all ....

not sure why he used the word black otherwise

color isn't the issue  .

If she was rude he should've just called her a rude ignorant b1tch .

Using color suggests he is racist in some way maybe ?

donny's correct.

Wonder what sparked it. Early in the video a woman calls him an old tramp. Suggests something happened a bit before the filming started.

an 'old tramp' isn't really that derogatory  Grin

It’s a bizarre incident certainly what caused the old man to become so agitated
and yes use offensive language , probably no more than a misunderstanding

They both said hurtful things to each other , that is the tragedy of the situation
every little polite and courteous gestures and customs have their value but are falling away in British life, the Japanese realise this

I can't understand all the fuss, in this country , if you are robbed, burgled or your  a white under age teenage girl being raped by certain men of a certain culture, these police ignore it,unless somebody like Tommy Robinson exposes them, But if you call somebody a name , then the PC Brigade and those offended on behalf of others  want you locked up for life.

Without knowing what had gone on before, I can't see how anyone can come to conclusions.

I do hope the effect on the woman in question will not be life changing.
