This may be the plan, people now saying 'I'm not saying Chequers is the best deal'. It's a total bend over sell out of those who voted leave.
By:
I was saying the deal was irrelevant, that the EU response would have been the same.
By:
Saddo we all know at the end of the day a deal will be done and everyone wins. bbc headlines may say; good deal for all.
Then im going to Hungary. |
By:
better than us all going hungry after a no deal
By:
Oh aye, we're all bound to starve
![]() |
By:
we are being conned
hope this helps if this is the friendly happy family then I don't want to be married to it respect? they have never respected us their eu politicoes have never even liked us it fact throughout history they have even taken us to war look at the reaction of macron - belligerent etc etc unlike some of the people of europe who do like us note the subtle difference |
By:
A 'No Deal' would simply see a barrage of temporary measures put in place whilst negotiations resumed.
Looking like the only way to getting a fair deal for the UK which most of us want. |
By:
It's amazing how some on here only see this from an EU perspective.
By:
far better to do the deal before a raft of temporary measures that would precede
the same deal we can do without sticking pins in our eyes |
By:
So in your mind it is the UK at fault here? Incredible thinking.
By:
BTW Donny … and save us £39Billion.
By:
Some will roll over at the slightest hint of trouble.
By:
it is marvelous how they have managed to trash the vote
a remarkable job done by the eu propaganda department with the help of the fifth column never seen such a successful tissue of lies and one sided arguments since Mr hilter's days the bbc and sky should be congratulated |
By:
no , when we do the deal it will involve the £39 billion
my mind is that its in the interests of british people to get a deal before leaving leaving folk to starve might be second nature to tories but not to me |
By:
osmond is one of several of the eu mouthpieces on here
anyway it is a con I guarantee it ploy to get people on side with May - indignation and 'those foreigners' etc then she does the deal the eu stalinists want |
By:
I listened to Blackford saying that the UK had failed miserably in not agreeing a deal.
Not the UK and the EU but the UK. Nowt but a big stick for the haters to bash all things British. |
By:
why attck me
its like you are just saying you agree with me but cant admit it |
By:
leaving folk to starve might be second nature to tories but not to me
ffs do grow up donnny,Labour have become the party of Hate now. |
By:
Leaving people to starve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() How silly can you get? All it would result in is less choice but cheaper food without the EUs tariffs. |
By:
may wants to do a deal......we agree
a deal is good......we agree sooner its done the sooner we crack on with new trade....we agree but attack me because .....? |
By:
where will we purchase this cheaper food ?
By:
We import food from all over the world, not just the EU.
![]() |
By:
A bad deal is obviously not good donny, nor will people starve. You are being a bit silly.
By:
BTW it wouldn't be cheap food but cheaper food. There is a difference.
By:
why would it be cheaper ?
i'm not being silly....there will be chaos at our ports, all this stuff nodded through will stop. chances we will get some cheaper mangoes from africa, but who will benefit? will sainsburys lower their prices because they pay no tariff on senegal mangoes? |
By:
any party rolling out universal credit in manner they are doing are happy
to see folk starve same old tories |
By:
How did we go on before stuff was nodded through? We got far less illegals roaming the country for sure.
By:
we had procedures in place before it was nodded through
By:
Goods from the EU are higher because of the tariffs.
Prices are monitored currently so why wouldn't the savings be passed on? Competition will drive that. How will there be chaos? If the same (roughly) amount of food is coming in how will this cause chaos? Even more of a strange thing to say if you are right and there is less food coming in. Straw clutching? What 'stuff' is nodded through? And assuming it is why would it stop? |
By:
Then they can make new ones, you seem determined to see us outdone by our ex friends.
By:
we had procedures in place before it was nodded through
We have procedures in place for all imported goods whether from the EU or elsewhere. You're struggling here Donny. |
By:
But the other point you are missing is do you think the EU food exporters will be happy to see their food go to landfill?
By:
donny doesn't want us to risk money going alone, he'd prefer to donate it towards propping 25 countries up in the EU.
By:
we can make new procedures, but we need to have time to implement them
when we have a deal, or default to wto terms we can put procedures in place putting them in place only to change them again when a deal is finally realised is wasteful another good reason to do a deal asap |
By:
takes two sides to do a deal
By:
why make stuff up saddo?
lost the argument , bring up illegals...check be abusive ...check |
By:
of course it takes two sides to do a deal
but there is a deal to be done ..... |
By:
People will starve....check.
By:
stockpiling drugs ....will there be enough ....doubt it
food , wake up! |
By:
Did we never have drugs before the EU?
