UB, check out St Denis in Paris and surrounding area. Burial site of 'The Hammer' (Battle of Tours...)

Now look at what it's become. High density of Mosques, very high crime rate, no go area for tourists and gendarmes. The Hammer would never believe it could be possible....

In terms of nazis he burnt the nazi flag and got done for headbutting a nazi.

Sound 'far-right' to you UB?

Everything. Because the Far-Right have weaponised the non-European "threat" and dishonestly promoted Brexit as the solution.

Whereas post-Brexit Britain will be more reliant than ever on immigrants from outside Cristian, white Europe. The top four countries for non-EU immigration are:
India
Pakistan
Nigeria
Bangladesh

Why does the UK need immigrants from the countries you mentioned? What do you think they will add to the UK?

Were do you think the power will lie within these EU countries , in Germany and France etc
Will it be the increasing muslin population , it will it be the smaller Britush Christian population ?
I don’t know

Of course ub, instead of being a country know throughout the world for its brilliance in popular music ,
It is now more likely to be thought of as an exporter of terrorism , if that’s what you are on about

study, CHORTLE at your leftie instincts kicking in; deflect, pass the buck, obfuscate!

YOU gave it the big`un
YOU spouted about `large bets`
YOU challenged Jed
YOU need to back up your bluster by arranging your contest with him
YOU can then let me know what you`ve arranged

Until then, it`s clearly a `no`, and you`re still a blustering oik, an empty vessel, making the loudest noise

CHORTLE further at your protestations regarding the levels of knowledge you`ve shown us in all of your years of posting; don`t you know  it`s those very years of ignorant ranting that leaves me so confident? 13 years and 19,000 posts; care to point me in the direction of what you`re referring to, what you feel is an intelligent post, anything that should temper my confidence? Take as long as you need...

The Jihadi Beatles come from Bedfordshire.
That, and five devastating terrorist attacks in the UK last year, hopefully shows the EU that the UK is more dangerous than the mainland.

I’m looking forward to this “large bet” it should make good theatre and this is a gambling site after all. I think, however, it should be discussed on its own thread.

Jed’s 5 languages worries me a little , the British mind is not generally good at languages because it is an analytical and scientific mind
This type if highly intelligent brain tends to struggle with languages
No one knows why but that’s how it is

Perhaps, Tim, but I’d want to know all the rules of the bet first. Also, my betting bank is strictly £500 per year so any “large bet” will be beyond my budget. I’ll definitely be an interested observer whatever happens.

As you seem so interested as always, Anxious, I bet in fivers or tenners. My bank is £500 in a calendar year - Jan 1 to Dec 31. If I flatten my bank that is it for me until Jan again. If I have any left or make a profit by the end of the year the bank is reset to £500 again.

Not so unusual, is it?

This is from a man who thinks TR is 'far right' because he heard it on James O'Brien and read it on the BBC.

Lets skip past the fact he has not seen or heard anything first hand online or person to support this view.

In terms of non-white/non-Christians what on earth has that got to do with this thread? France has a higher rate. Eastern Europe a lower rate. Germany is doing its best to get more diverse.

Personally my main concern now is integration. Whether newcomers are from Europe or Africa or South America or Asia it is important they become British and loyal to the Crown. Many people from all races agree with this. If you try to change things too fast and bring in cultures who have different views on women and LGBT people (views we had in this country historically but not anymore) it endangers us all. If people want to live here they have to accept our views that everyone is equal based on merit and women have the same rights as men etc.

Conforming to fundamental British values which link you, Tommy Robinson and Brexit becomes more unlikely for non-whites and non-Europeans. Most of the world, certainly most of the world that will come to the UK after Brexit, is more alien to our heritage than white, Christian European.
The Jihadi Beatles are not Polish plumbers.

Why do you assume putting the same restrictions on EU people coming to the UK as non-EU people means more non-EU people will come to the UK?

What analysis have you done to show why on earth this would be the case. The government wishes to get immigration under 100k a year. Already more than that number come from outside the EU come each year. Why would that number from outside the EU be increased? Facts please. Not just what James O'Brien or some BBC journalist has speculated.

Economic migrants fill jobs here. Nurses for example. As unwelcome EU workers return, employers need to find substitutes.
There is a hardcore of unemployable people in any society. They don't go far, unfortunately, we're stuck with them. Some will surprise but, in the main, they will always make a mess of whatever they do.

So you say we need nurses. If we cannot train them we can advertise purely for nurses from anywhere in the world. Why do you assume those nurses would be from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nigeria rather than from say the Philippines. They would be specifically to work in the NHS as nurses. Not just any old non-skilled worker to come here with their family.

So we need another supply of labour to fill the jobs EU workers are leaving and UK workers 15%cannot/85% won't do.
There has been no slowdown in immigration from non-EU countries, and no reason why there should be in future.
More the reverse.

What jobs do you propose these Bangladeshi and Pakistani immigrants do to help the UK economy given they ones currently here have 25% unemployment rate aged 16-24 and a 12%/95 unemployment rate generally?

You are not talking economic sense. If we go to a merit based system the people will come to do the jobs required. From the EU, from Asia from wherever. But we do not need to take in unemployed or low paid people subsidies by tax credits.

12%/9%
