The media,especially the nationally funded BBC have failed to address the Telford abuse in a proportinate manner.Strangely enough the UK population has an inclination to hear more about the events in UK than elsewhere in Syria,etc.We may not be as parochial as USA but we very nearly got involved in yet another stupid war that is nothing to do with us by jingoistic media and politicians.Ed Miliband may not have had the right reasons for failing to support bombing for Cameron but he did get that right.

It got all of 20 seconds (yes SECONDS) sandwiched between the 4th and 6th stories in the running order (both of which got about 10 times longer)
