think the sky report lost all credibility when it said the ladys were picked purely on their looks and then the times mole turned out to be a right munter, they were given the clothes and underwear to wear, has now turned into they were asked to wear black with matching underwear, you no like models on a catwalk everyday, hope some of the women come forward to put the counter  view about the night but of course they,ll be intimidated by the feminist lynch mob, going to be a lonely sad place for men and women in this country before to long

It's a real shame that the politicians and the liberal media weren't quite so keen to report and investigate the organised gangs of peace-loving, peaceful-religion observing paedophiles who have for most of this millennium been grooming and raping sexually-underaged white British girls on an industrial scale.

There was one politician who recently (and belatedly) did make some sensible and well-judged public comments about the problem Britain experiences with these paedophiles, 99.99% of whom fit a particular profile. Sadly she was sacked by Jeremy Corbyn for telling the truth, partly because he needs the votes of the particular sector concerned. Labour are very good at sucking up to that sector. They have even been known to stage segregated public meetings to keep them onboard.

Nothing to stop the said 'Rich and powerful' from continuing to give to charity out of their own pocket instead of tax dodges. Their wives won't let them go to any more 'men only' events that's for sure. Strange how people on here see nothing wrong with the event. Fatcat slimeballs.

Noone on here is saying the evening was pure as the driven.

But it would be helpful to have evidence before jumping to conclusions, calling for resignations, handing back money and demonising men.

A bloke on the radio yesterday said he was a waiter at a Chippendales event and was groped throughout. The BBC presenter Emma Barnett made light of it and laughed throughout the interview. It was shameful.

That must be the first time Barnett has not wept with empathy when interviewing a victim.

the lady on the inside from the times who,s job it was to get all the complaints, etc just been interviewed on bbc the most outrageous she has come up with is , holding hands, touching the bottom of the back, not saying its right but out of 350 men and 130 women how many were harassed and by how many men, still no official complaints,no one walked out and no one besides the ladies from the times prepared to say they saw anything, meanwhile breakfast tv luvies taking a break from tues where they paraded on the red carpet with skirts up to their arris, splits up to their belly buttons, clevage down to their belly buttons, before turning up for work the next day drunk, telling us their morally outraged,
ive learned something today all the ladies on sky ,bbc, itv etc are apparently hired for their expertise in politics, sport, etc and not their appearance ,arnt we lucky theres no munters amongst the experts ,must of all failed the interview

If people were assaulted or touched up while working that is completely out of order.

I know the organisation that run the event has closed, everyone who sponsored it is outraged and has withdrawn, donations taken over many years have been returned.

But what are the actual complaints filed? Who were the perpetrators? How many assaults were there?

More questions than answers at the moment.

Should that MP resign for attending? Should all the men who attended resign from their jobs?

Why can't we all just ignore all the prudish spoil sports who just want to suck all the joy out of life? So sick of all this oppression.

Someone once said, "You've got to fight for the right to party."

Too right!

Any waitress/hostess who felt uncomfortable only had to grab their coats and leave. It's that simple. Everyone else was there to have a good time and raise money for charity. All innocent fun.

femminists lecture women to get of their backsides choose what they want to do and go do it,130 women do exactly that earn their own money and because sed feminist,s don't like their choice of work, they want to save them from themselves, at least them 130 women can return to the housework and changing nappies, queue more outrage from the femminists

Of course there has dave. The majority of the population is being constantly bullied into speaking/agreeing with the minority PC line. Speech is almost becoming prescribed. Is bullying not a form of oppression?

How have businesses reacted?
WPP, the world's biggest advertising agency, which had sponsored a table at the dinner, said it was withdrawing its future support.

Boss Sir Martin Sorrell, who did not attend, told BBC Radio 4's Today his guests did not see such behaviour and said: "We won't support the charity in future, which is regrettable because it is a charity that supports numerous children's charities and has done a lot of good work."

Real estate investment business Frogmore said the guests at its table were "unaware of any of the described events but in no way condone this behaviour" and it will now end its association with the event.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-42801178

So no one saw any this of behaviour but they are pulling out because of the negative publicity (irrelevant now as event not happening again).

This takes the headlines.

In the meantime the actual crime figures show reported sexual offences up from around 50,000 in 2013 to almost 140,000 in 2017.

you percieve it, it aint happening

you are simply wrong , that doesnt make it bullying
By:

There is a growing push for assumption of guilt by association even though no crimes appear to have been reported.

Firms pulled out as don't want bad publicity.

you can have it 2 ways, either nothing much went on or lots went on,and the women involved are quite happy to let sexual predadtors move onto someone else, either way don't make the I,m offended guv, brigade look very good

The thing I find difficult to understand is that the reporter said they were asked to wear short skirts and matching underwear. Surely this request would send alarm bells ringing in some of the girl's minds that would have warned them about the sort of event this may be?

If so, they must have weighed up whether they wanted to take on the work or not and clearly they did.

The FT reporter wore a camera which hasn't recorded anything inappropriate let alone illegal.

She has not offered any names or descriptions. She hasn't informed the Old Bill.

So the 'offended' charities are to return millions of pounds to the Old Boys who organised these events. So the kids who benefit from these donations are in danger of not receiving the help that they need.

All because some journalist wishes to bring accusations that men supposedly touched a waitress when not invited to. I'm sure the waitresses that attended the event would be horrified to learn that the kids charities won't be getting the donations after all.

some folk seem happy when they are taking the high ground against folk who wish folk to behave in a decent manner

A group of men hold a charity night. A group of females paid as hostesses. So what?
Have all the girls filed complaints with the police?
Who cares what happened. Are you really that offended by this Donny?
Haven't read a great deal about it tbh but ffs the reaction is way ott.

I agree, akabula, the reaction is ridiculous and to think of all that charity money going back to the donors.

The female journalist obviously doesn't get out much if she thinks that the strangest thing that happened to her was that someone she just met put his hand on hers!

its the old tiny minority of screechers with their political drum to beat men with

just wait till the bearded ones get in  - then they really will have something to complain about

I note you never hear about this in headlines - ya know an organisation riven with homophobia anti gay, misogyny - treating women as chattels/second class citizens, racism and assaults on minors.
