Whisperingdeath 21 Sep 17 16:05 He didn't get sacked for bullying or racism. Infact he was cleared some might even say vindicated. He didn't break the law. Some might say he has grounds for an unfair dismissal claim particularly if you can sue your Employer if you trip over a crisp packet! Shirley he has good grounds for a compo claim? [b]I am glad he has gone! There is still so much more to come out here! This is set to run and run. He is not the only villain here. He might be the pantomime villain but there are others who need to find an honest occupation.[/ |

She also alleged that Lee Kendall, appointed as England Women's goalkeeping coach in 2014, spoke to her in a fake Caribbean accent while she was with the England team.

I looked upon all this when I heard the comment the first time it came out thinking I wonder if a male would have got as teary over it/
For me its an issue about how women cant take male to male type banter. If a woman were in the position of the males who took grief in the workplace from fellow males where I worked in the past she might actually have died of shock. |

A guy once said to me 'get out the car and get some sun you transparent c**t' during a period I was rather pasty.
I pi55ed myself laughing, as did he. I didnt get all precious about it. |

I think what would be best if the women had an independent set up for sports. Have their own clubs, governing bodies and coaches. All female.
At my club cricket level, it's hard for girls to be playing in what is a 95% mens' club. They need their own environment without the boys' chatter. |

"briefly" has gone from your post Aluko also alleges that one member of staff repeatedly spoke to her in a mock Caribbean accent – another allegation that was put to the authorities in the same letter – that is so much different from your post.. |

You would have to be a very spiteful and dangerous individual to cost someone their job over that.

nobody lost a job over that

donny - I apologise. My last post was a quote from the Standard. In The Mail it didn't mention 'briefly' or 'repeated'. I thought I'd read somewhere it was a one off but I may well be wrong.

i cant understand how even after yesterday some folk are still wanting to have a go at the lass
had that been harry kane abused , dropped, offered a payoff and then blackmailed to produce a document to cover his abusers blame before getting the payoff i dont think folk would be blaming him. |

I can remember an incident at work when I had just left school many years ago in my first job.
The boss was a complete terror and he was disliked by many of the workers . One day one of the men quite an elderly man ,had the boss by the neck and was holding a hammer threatening him . The other men quickly ran over and broke them apart and the boss , shaken and as white as a ghost walked away. The next day everyone went back to work, no one lost their job and nothing more was said. bespute the fact that the foreman was a complete ******* and didn't change I thought that was admirable . Makes a big impression when you are 16 : ) |

Back again as headline news on BBC Sport. They're lapping it up.
Despite claiming that she wants to draw a line underneath the episode, has given yet another interview to the Beeb , this time criticising all the other England players for celebrating with the manager, and that "togetherness" was just a hashtag. Or it could be that her team mates resent her using the race card to get a nice payday, while they have lost the best manager England have ever had, just before a World Cup. |
