Haven't heard anything in the MM about the results of postal votes for Ealing so far that were revealed on Twitter as 'not going well' by Dennis Pearce of Unite and reported to the Electoral commission by Hopkins. Illeagal and classed as election fraud.

Although it is not meant to be a prophecy, it is a warning. So is Animal Farm. Language, history being re-written etc - ie what you can and cannot say. What you can and cannot do. Big brother is watching you. Does any of this sound familiar when applied today.

There are large numbers of critques of orwell's books but I like this related to the hopkin's debate.
The large mass of common people do not find in themselves the need to think independently, to question or to investigate what they have been taught.
