I'm not going to copy and paste it because, as usual, it goes on and on and on and on, but Studyform's vitriolic rant of 08:32 this morning is absolutely priceless. Has there ever been such a comically childish hissy fit seen before on Chit Chat? Insults, swearing, lies, all delivered in the style of a little girl stamping her feet and screaming. It is probably the funniest thing I have read on here in a long time.

On a serious note, I have known many 'veterans' when I was a teenager they were vets of the Korean war, since then so many conflicts have taken place that the number I know has risen considerably, my best mate was in the Falklands war.
They all had one thing in common, They never discussed details of their service years with civilians, why the fck would they???, it's bad enough having to live with the horrors they have seen/experienced without re-living it for the sake of flapping their gums, to 'joe' public and his judgemental baggage.FFS Anyone, ANYONE, who claims to have done so to casual acquaintances, let alone strangers is a spoofing f*****g liar, trying to 'big himself up' to idiots prepared to listen, I can understand the very young, ill educated, and witless falling for this cr@pfest but grown men!!!. They are at best naive and at worst imbiciles. There are a few guys on here who have served, I hope the don't have to read any more of that sort of PISH from imbiciles. |

For the sake of de traveller, we were only in Afghanistan as a peacekeeping force under NATO after the Taliban leadership gave solace to Al Qaida and helping them plan 9/11 after which,we all know,USA invaded in retaliation.When the Taliban then attacked NATO forces we were at war with them and killing any attackers is a natural response. As the Labour minister John Reid said,if we leave Afghanistan without a shot being fired we will be happy,or words to that effect. Some chance !

You might be better served to read ALL of my post and not just take the 1st bit of it out of context, because a few others who don't understand reason or love to be all brave on here (not to mention maintain the agenda). And me posting the most? Check out the number of my posts compared to yours. Even allowing for the difference in join dates I believe it is clear who actually posts the most, eh? The amusing thing is with people like him - it is always so easy to expose their hypocrisy and nonsense and reveal them to be very foolish. Somehow their deluded ego blinds them to their embarrassment however and on they go regardless.

I'll tell you a simple but profitable business LFC - a mobile sandwich seller. Get yourself a little van and you're away. The husband and wife team our crew uses make a very nice living out of it.
