Ive had a quick glance at those , she has been told she is under suspicion , which of those questions would help solve the case if she was innocent ?
those questions would only help to solve the case if she was guilty

Questions such as did your friend Jane see a man carrying a child outside the apartment is something that tends towards her innocence and is a question that can be asked if Jane in any event.
Questions such as did you sit on the bed motionless mean nothing,
it means nothing that she didn't answer these questions under advise from her lawyer

Q17 what does "we let her down " mean ?
This again points to the McCanns innocence, not guilt

it is not enough to say there are 50 questions not answered .
You have to look at those questions and understand them

The Sun did report on the outcome of the Supreme Court case, but it just so happened on the same day and on the same page they devoted a lot more space to the story about Kate McCann being an "ambassador" to some choir who are performing a song called "I Miss You" on BGT Plain

One thing you can always rely upon wherever this case is debated , is that the defenders of The Mcanns will always reveal themselves to be ignorant of key details about the case , if not totally clueless.

I watched the first 2 parts of that youtube link last night. Chilling and compelling stuff. I agree that some of the subtleties of the Scouse and Scottish turn of phrase could have been misinterpreted by the american statement expert but not all. there's so much that just sounds wrong - the past tense use is very compelling.
I've always been uncomfortable with the McCanns purely down to their polished performances in front of the camera (very soon after the event). who does that? never been able to understand that. but i've always stopped short of believing that they were capable of one of the most horrifying crimes imaginable.

I'll finish part 3 tonight. What about this geordie interviewer ?  Is his stuff worth watching ?

The same one I asked a couple of hours ago, is there any evidence to link anyone to the case
By:
tobermory
When: 01 Feb 17 19:20
Yes , evidence linking the Mcanns themselves  (DNA in their hire car , no DNA in their apartment ! , contradictory statements and a big list of suspicious things that indicate they have things to hide)

Evidence linking anybody else : nothing whatsover , not a shred.

I looked at some of the Geordie filmaker's other videos on the case...very unimpressed.  Long winded and seizing upon minor inconsistencies within statements as damning proof....when in fact they are easily explained away.  No balance to his opinions, tries to shoehorn everything to fit his theory.  Comes across as a conspiracy nut.

Reminds me of the book I read about James Hanratty. After reading the book, I was almost convinced he didn't do the murder.
Then I read up on the author of the book, and found he was discredited having been involved in some more dubious writing,
forget what it was right now.
Even after 'dna evidence' was recently found to have connected Hanratty to the A6 murder, I still have my doubts.
After all, they've had plenty of time to make a match?

You can't reach a decision when only hearing the case for the prosecution.  If there was compelling evidence to ensure a conviction you would think the case would go to court.  That means it's likely there isn't.

If one did it and the other witnessed it to some degree and covered for the other, they've both done incredibly well not to crack.  Doesn't make sense that they'd have planned it and killed her together.

He does seem to be a conspiracy theorist. However this takes nothing from the opinions of Hyatt who seems to have only a basic understanding of the case. When Hart mentions the testimony of the female friend of the McCanns who refused to leave her kids alone with Gerry after witnessing a particular interaction between him and a male pal a year before the disappearance, it`s clear that Hyatt knows nothing of it. It`s common practise for conspiracy theorists and pseudo historians to form an opinion early and then mould the facts to fit their theory and ignore other evidence entirely if it doesn`t suit their argument. Hyatt on the other hand seems to be very professsional and his opinions seem formed solely by his examination of the McCanns interview. When Hart tries to draw him into giving an opinion on the moon landings at the end of the interview, Hyatt, to his credit, is having none of it.

a sniffer dog is there to find a body. The police may think it is showing signs  of finding a body, they may believe it is showing the signs of finding a body ...but that may or may not be true.
What we know is they have not found a body.

Hyatt suggests it was an accidental death which needed to be covered up because a post mortem would have revealed evidence of either sexual abuse or medication overdose.

Remember seeing a photo of Kate going for a jog a day or two after her daughter went missing, thought
it strange as i would be in pieces and no way  up for a bit of excercise

In which case they have both done extremely well not to crack.  I reckon over 90% of the time one of them would've cracked.  They'd both have to be extremely mentally strong and utterly confident that their other half keeps stum.   Plus they would have to have successfully disposed of the body without witnesses and anybody ever finding it.  It's a very tall ask.
