That still doesn't say give the NHS 350 million every week.

This does though: http://cdn.images.express.co.uk/img/dynamic/1/590x/secondary/Boris-Johnson-574738.jpg

Can't wait for that extra £350m per week going to the NHS Wink

do you think that's what it meant?

It was certainly open to interpretation A_T but as all slogans do, they play with your mind.

It was to shock people of the amount 350mil a week.
And then give one example of were it would be better spent.

one example
one weeks figure

It's open to interpretation so people lean towards their own tribal interpretation.

it's clear what it meant - and you won't find a Leave politician who would dare publicly interpret it like you. in fact you won't find a Leave politician who will want to discuss it at all. funny that... Laugh

On the £350m a week- there is no ambiguity.

The statement is clearly made in plain English that this money would be re-routed to the NHS. It's not an implication -it's a statement.
It does not follow that this re-routing would be in the mirror-image form of weekly tranches of £350m

Gisela Stuart, who co-chaired the official campaign to leave the EU, downplayed the policy, which her organisation emblazoned on the size of a large red bus during the campaign.

“No, the NHS was the example of that if you’re spending that amounts of money and you don’t have control of what to do with it, I would spend it on the NHS. It was about taking control of your spending decisions,” the eurosceptic Labour MP told the BBC’s Daily Politics programme

Britain will have to think of its duties post Brexit, not holidays. anyone who wants to lead an upstanding life should think more of their motherland than holidays.

Think you'll find Tories/UKIP will prefer Fatherland. How apt.
