Can anyone answer this , how does the UK handle Non-EU (Rest of the world) Immigration and has it been a success? Will May just introduce that model ?

We can't sell much to the rest of the world because we have high wage costs if our costs were cheaper
we wouldn't be importing hardly anything as we would be producing it ourselves.. All these trade deals are rubbish as we don't export much for the very reasons I have stated. |

Breedingmad,Facts and Anxious all have this idea that Britain is useless and you can't make things anymore ,its part of the self loathing.
Now that you are independent again you can reduce energy prices by not applying ludicrous green taxes. You can lower corporation tax. You can recreate your once great fishing industry. |
By:
the green taxes are spent , what should we replace them with ?
By:
Try telling the fish that most of them have disappeared long since..

By:
They disappeared because Spanish trawlers went into the breeding grounds.
Now that you have regained control of your waters you can let the breeding grounds return by leaving them unfished. The Green taxes all headed to Europe. |
By:
oh so we can spend them on the health service ?
that'll be good |

I'm thinking about producing a Dinky toy bus with 350 million to N.H.S on the side..
By:
It didn't say 'Give 350 million to the N.H.S every week'
Stick to your Desperate Dan comics BM ![]() |

The late great Bob crow will be looking affectionately from on high today on one item of Tory policy he was totally in favour off.
Ebola may dropped the bomb on the snowflakes. |

An injection of Crowism is much needed in the Labour Party.

Theresa has stolen UKIP's thunder albeit a potential transitional period, but Leavers should be delighted with that response from TMay.

By:
That still doesn't say give the NHS 350 million every week.
By:
It infers it.
By:
This idea became the slogan emblazoned on the side of the Vote Leave campaign bus – “We send the EU £350 million a week; let’s fund our NHS instead” – which was unveiled on 11 May.
No mention of giving £350 million a week. Nothing wrong with this BM, barring the £350 million a week was the gross figure of what the EU had control over. |
By:
Problem is those plonkers in The House of Lords get to vote on brexit so they could prevent Mrs Mays plans going ahead
By:
It infers it.
No it doesn't. You have interpreted it as you want. |
By:
I give me Mum £50 a week lets spend it in the pub instead
By:
advertising means advertising
why else did they link these two slogans on side of bus ? |
By:
The House of Lords have no powers to stop any government bill.
By:
they can only delay it 6 months
of course if may takes too long to bring brexit home then that 6 months could stop it |

I wonder how many here own their own businesses.
Manufacturing an item. Then sell it. If you need to import something to complete. Items you cannot get anywhere else. ie japanese micro engineered motors for instance. Very expensive. Also import duties (occasionally - not always, plus hefty postage) You then manufacture using said component. What then happens - regardless of tariffs, duties etc etc etc?? Completed item. What happens next. Come on all you experts. |
By:
Yes let's spend the £50
What you need to say BM is 'I give my mum £50 a week, let's spend it in the pub every week' Otherwise you are only suggesting spending one £50 in the pub. |
By:
Trade tariffs are mainly a political idea, if we need to trade with Japan both countries will come to the best solution for themselves. That's the best approach
By:
We could sell bullshit we are top of the list of exporters of it in the E.U.
By:
well no because he may wish to spend £100 one week , ....so save
2 x £50 and not spend it every week |
By:
The single most important thing is to break the link between free trade and freedom of movement
By:
Yes,just break all links..

will we have room if our ex pats come home ?
By:
we are happy for them to come home if the same is the case with ex pats living in Britain. I imagine that won't be necessary

Clearly our eu philes have little understanding of running their own business and importing or exporting then. But they whinge on. Don't you understand the benefits of being independant?
