13c is the coldest anyone in the UK at the moment including the SHETLANDS
and Stoke on Trent that's highly unusual in summer /autumn that's normally a mid winter trend |

I can honestly say that -
It has been the most disappointing, lousiest, continually overcast grey and often exceptionally wet 'so-called summer' in the north-west and Lake District, that I have known in all my life. - and I a'int joking. |
