Chatham House - aka East India House - Was the East India company - The company received a Royal Charter from Queen Elizabeth I on 31 December 1600.
Chatham House: International Affairs Think Tank ? previous members - Charles Darwin, Karl Marx, Engels, Rothschild, Adam Smith, Duke of Wellington, Edmund Burke, John Stuart Mill, Thomas Malthus. The East India House Inscription is an important foundation tablet from ancient Babylon. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/East_India_House_Inscription "We still talk about the British conquering India, but that phrase disguises a more sinister reality. It was not the British government that seized India at the end of the 18th century, but a dangerously unregulated private company headquartered in one small office, five windows wide, in London, and managed in India by an unstable sociopath – Clive." https://www.theguardian.com/world/2015/mar/04/east-india-company-original-corporate-raiders |

celestial meeting of the moon with Jupiter and venus on passover.
Well, they didn't really meet on Passover, did they? Just relative positions viewed from the Earth. The Sun is much closer to the Moon and Venus than is Jupiter and doesn't even get a mention. |

roll up, roll up - it's the end. the beginning of the end for evil. Satan gets his throne. bucket list ticked. he's happy. You all get the new tech implants. make an oath or die. it's a happening. tra la la. down the path straight into the wolf's mouth. |

You've chosen to deny his love. Your father in Heaven. He will not force you into heaven. your free will gives you the right to turn down the free pardon. You will be quarantined. because immortal souls that will not divest themselves of sin cannot be allowed to run around causing mayhem. Pride comes at a price. |

we live out our lives in four dimensions. LBH and time. Physicists say there are between 12 and 50 dimensions depending on the physicist?
All the universe is 4 dimensions. Something is outside looking in. |

# what are ya gonna do after the rapture?
Are you gonna hang tight, continue to talk shi te. With zombies on the lawn. With the president gone. What are ya gonna do…. After the rapture. Each some GmO goo , hire a prossie or two. Go down to the café and get a bowl of stew. What are ya gonna do after the rapture.. Meet the AC at night, have a naked fist fight. Oh what are ya gonna do when the shi te hits the fan. When the bill shows up for the stupid eco plan. Monkeys finally singing Grace, it’s now 'the human race'. What are you gonna do after…… the rapture.# i need more verses to my song... sing along. |

More veiled threats from the christer, it really is an unpleasant creed just like its sisters. Bubble bubble toil and trouble from the three witches. Empty threats which have an insidious effect on the faithful. I feel sorry for them.
|

By:
it's only a threat if he's real, mr foinavon.
you live under the law. Is the law real? the men that make those laws believe in Satan. with every new law they find a new way to convict you. prince william with a cell phone in the car? he had to make an excuse? in the radio show this week. you are controlled by the beast system - the 666 system. Politics(6) law(6) religions(6) Jesus gives you grace, a way out. Jesus(777) you can accept Grace, the possibility however remote you may think it is? of immortality - energy that cannot be destroyed(physics) you can explore higher dimensions with God. or be locked into the course of refusing God. God doesn't damn anyone. they damn themselves by not accepting his authority. PRIDE. i'm smarter than God, I'm not like God. You've judged God and not yourself? the pot judging the potter. You see God as something fearful? when he put his son on the cross to save you? you believe satan's lies. you've sucked in the enemy's every word. the fairy in the sky - the chocolate pot - spaghetti monster... you are full of other men's arguments. what's brainwashing? |
|
By:
Christians believe that god is real, therefore it's a real threat. They think it's an effective threat too.
God doesn't exist so your argument about being smarter than god is ridiculous. I know that believers can't imagine that we really don't believe and think we are just posing. I have news for you, I used to think the same about believers, now I know they are just delusional. |
|
By:
the fool in his heart says there is no God...
Well all the physicists are coming over to my side. The fine tuning argument is beating your brains in. the bible mentions the heavens being stretched out seventeen times. That's pretty good for a scroll that's 3000 years old. |

“For the scientist who has lived by his faith in the power of reason, the story ends like a bad dream. He has scaled the mountains of ignorance, he is about to conquer the highest peak; as he pulls himself over the final rock, he is greeted by a band of theologians who have been sitting there for centuries.”
Robert Jastrow, |
|
By:
“There is a strange ring of feeling and emotion in these reactions [of scientists to evidence that the universe had a sudden beginning]. They come from the heart whereas you would expect the judgments to come from the brain. Why? I think part of the answer is that scientists cannot bear the thought of a natural phenomenon which cannot be explained, even with unlimited time and money. There is a kind of religion in science; it is the religion of a person who believes there is order and harmony in the Universe. Every event can be explained in a rational way as the product of some previous event; every effect must have its cause, there is no First Cause. … This religious faith of the scientist is violated by the discovery that the world had a beginning under conditions in which the known laws of physics are not valid, and as a product of forces or circumstances we cannot discover. When that happens, the scientist has lost control. If he really examined the implications, he would be traumatized.”
― Robert Jastrow, The Enchanted Loom |

The premise of the fine-tuned Universe assertion is that a small change in several of the dimensionless physical constants would make the Universe radically different. As Stephen Hawking has noted, "The laws of science, as we know them at present, contain many fundamental numbers, like the size of the electric charge of the electron and the ratio of the masses of the proton and the electron. ... The remarkable fact is that the values of these numbers seem to have been very finely adjusted to make possible the development of life."(wiki)

Sorry Zorro, I had to go out after my last post.
I'm not going to go through all that as most has been raked over before and it's late. What I will say is that if you go to the far end of a phart you come to a point where our current knowledge breaks down and you are into unknown territory. Some may say that's because there's a god, others will speculate a multiverse or other ideas. It's all speculation. What I do know is that the god of that scenario isn't the god of the bible, you have redefined the word and not talking about the same thing although theologians and their sheep will happily confound the two concepts. Believe what you will but make the most of this life, it's the only one you have. |

a multiverse 10^120 - Dawkins took that nonsense to Steven Weinberg and got a shocka.
Atheists Blind Faith - Richard Dawkins and Steven Weinberg - God or the multiverse? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oO0QRUX4HGE the multiverse has been a fantasy of people for a hundred years or more, since Alice in Wonderland the idea has been knocking around in print? fall down a rabbit hole into a new world. His own chosen expert - Steven Weinberg(physicist- nobel prize winner) lays it out in plain english as a fantasy. Multiverse is BS. Cern has paid out the SuSy bet - no super symmetry evident? no multiverse. no string theory as yet? they are giving up with Cern and are looking to build a new better cern. the answers they got was not wanted? 10 to the power of 120. - impossible you d i c k s. stop saying multiverse just say popeye's jock strap instead. 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 to one |

You keep posting the same stuff, zorro and it gets tiresome.
Whatever the odds of a universe having certain characteristics, the odds against there being an intelligent creator behind it is even greater. The blind faith and the arrogance is yours. When science doesn't know it says it doesn't know and tries to discover more in order to reveal the truth. Religion claims to know what it doesn't know and states it with absolute certainty rejecting all other possible explanations. If you want to persist with that approach then you are the poorer in understanding for it. |
|
By:
no one knows anything about these things. anyone who believes anything else is telling lies.

people such as zorro are fundamentally very dishonest individuals.

there is one thing that is clear, when they don`t happen he will find an excuse why they didn`t happen. |

By:
You could take some of Zorro's recent posts and change the word "scientist" and replace it with "Christian" or "Religious believer" and they would ring true.
He has invested so much in his belief system that any counter argument makes him more determined to contradict the argument by any means, even cutting and pasting nonsense from creationist websites. |

how can there be a beginning of time
|
|
By:
According to Einstein's theory of relativity, space and time are not separate entities but are the fabric of the universe known as Space-time. Space-time began with the universe and doesn't exist outside of a universe.
This is current thinking but all scientific theories are subject to being disproved then revised should contradictory evidence be discovered. |

no one knows anything about these things. anyone who believes anything else is telling lies. in what context are you talking? What's 'these things' and what does anyone who believes anything else is telling lies? about? the whole of this single line of text only makes sense if you are a mind reader? |

Matthew 7:6
“Do not give dogs what is holy, and do not throw your pearls before pigs, lest they trample them underfoot and turn to attack you." The meaning is pretty simple to figure out; "Do not persist in offering what is sacred or of value to those who have no appreciation for it, because your gift will not only become contaminated and be despised, your generous efforts could also be rebuffed and perhaps even openly attacked." Jesus clearly shows trying to convince a non-believer is a waste of time. |
|
By:
I'm not saying for one moment anyone on here is a Dog or Pig . It's simply a term used thousands of years ago.
|
|
By:
The "dogs" and "swine" here stand for the unappreciative and worldly; unappreciative and uncaring men and women who belittle the value of what is offered to them. "That which is holy" would be the meat offered in sacrifice to God. A dog could care less whether it came from the altar or the garbage. The swine have no appreciation for either the beauty nor the value of the pearls under their feet.
|
|
By:
Perhaps you should define the bounds of "Unappreciative and uncaring" too lest anyone take offence at such pejorative terms.
