Let the man on with the important job at hand.

Cameron used decisions taken by Nicola Sturgeon's parents to score points so his dad is fair game. Don't dish it out if you can't take it.

Whining about 'laws' and 'rules' doesn't quite cut it when the people benefiting from this type of thing help write the laws and rules.

The system is fcking rancid.

Wake me up when they find any law that he's broken.

Are you happy that the vast majority of tax paying working people are actually subsidising the greedy, rich, powerful and corrupt via public services that taxes pay for? It's not about whether law is broken or not. Once it was legal to own slaves.

Spot on and to think wee Nicky gets paid more as Scotlands First Minister.

I'd bet "wee Nicky" knows more about working for her money than Cameron does.

'We owned 5,000 units in Blairmore Investment Trust, which we sold in January 2010. That was worth something like £30,000'

well, well, well, partaking in a 'morally corrupt scheme', squirming, evading answers while at same time condemning others and spouting off about transparency

that 20k profit is most you could return to uk without incurring capital gains tax, nice coincidence that he cashed out under the threshold or was there more money in there? where did it go?

as it seems these units were bearer bonds did he just give them to someone?

David Cameron's approval rating has fallen below Jeremy Corbyn's for the first time, a new poll has revealed.

Just 34 per cent of voters said the Prime Minister was doing a good job, while 58 per cent felt he was not.

Ian Cameron was worth £10 million in 2009.
In his will he left £2.7 million.
The question is ' what's happen to the rest ?'

Where is the missing £7.3 million ?

The issue here though is that nobody can honestly say they didn't expect this of people who follow that sort of ideology.
Aspiration is just a veneer to cover the fact most people are inherently greedy.
What people tend to do is keep voting in the types of political thinking that allows people to be ambitious and all the while dream that it will infact be them that gains at the expense of others.
People just want to have as easy a life as possible with as high a reward as possible for as little effort.
Somebody has to make up this shortfall, so when people keep voting in the people who implement it how can anyone pretend to be surprised?

The job of PM must be difficult, he does get a fairly decent wage however. But then working in the foundry is also difficult and it's totally disingenuous to suggest that those doing less skilled work are less deserving.....I'm damn sure which one I'd feckin go trust the more of the two.

Cameron will get through this, unfortunately. But his reputation is in tatters and I wouldn't be surprised if the tories have a leadership election within the next year.

The only reason people get in power is to make it cosy for their rich friends.
By:
dustybin
When: 09 Apr 16 12:48
I'm not so sure about that.
The sums don't add up. If the top 0.1% hold all the wealth then that makes them totally deficient in any contest against those who don't hold wealth come the elections.....unless the allegations are they elections are **** every time which I doubt.

No, I just think all those people who say they want a fairer society simply mean they just want to be the ones on the good side of it and keep voting for opportunism so that maybe one day they will.

you need to sell those people a dream to buy into, study, work hard, and you can do well Laugh dave likes to sell that one, but he knows what is effective is be born rich, invest that money and avoid all attempts to take your wealth away via taxation

Its so typical that here we have lefties all on their high horse about him "dodging taxes".
He's done nothing wrong, you could do what he has done today, it's nothing wierd. He's acted completely in the rules and declared everything to the tax people and paid all the taxes. Do any of you even KNOW what what a unit trust is? IF not then sthu and go read what they are and stop embarrassing yourself.

What tax has David Cameron dodged, name one?
What has he done due to some bullingdon entitlement you imagine he has, that any of us couldn't do today if you wanted?
