No one was very seriously hurt so that's the main thing.

But if that doctor had to go to court its sums up your character that she would lie about the things she said during our appointment. A fact backed up my simple request would she put in writing some things she had said but refused to do so. Anyway, no courts will be involved so its irrelevant.

I still await my offer to back up my working status and alleged benefit claims because that can be easily settled than going to court. We can have a gentlemans agreement about it and the result easily settled.

I was not wasting her time if she had actually been willing to stand by some things she said and put it in writing and those things had nothing to do with compensation. They were to do with her being a doctor and the things she said which went far beyond things a doctor should have opinions on. My five minutes with her would be the opposite of a waste of her time if she was up before a tribunal and at least changed her ways or better still left the profession.

I stand by every I said a few nights ago a few nights ago Wildman about you but did add a few things which were added to give you a taste of your own medicine which were based on just that. I am not person who would normally say those things but in my opinion at least you had it coming.

You wasted that hard working doctors time on the double.
Firstly there was nothing wrong with you, secondly you aggressively demanded she write down what she said to you.

You never once thought about the sick people in her surgery.
She was concerned about sick people you were selfishly trying to get some undeserved compensation.

Where do you get the bit about the doctor lying ?
What would that doctor be doing in court ?

You are all over the place.
You jumped the gun earlier with the diatribe about patriotism,do you know accept it was Facts I was referring to.

Your position seems to have moved,a grim realisation that under questioning the truth will out.

I was not aggressive to the doctor in any way.

The doctor would not be doing anything in court. Infact she said I am don't going to be your lawyer in court do you even believed an accident took place. I never asked her to be and this whole conversation about compensation and legalities was initiated by her and was based on nothing I had even implied before she did so. She wanted to know if any other vehicle was involved that hit me from behind and that's when she had her mind made up.

In your opinion are the two words car crash and injuries which are non visible an automatic case for a doctor to become a lawyer insider her surgery.

I could show you pictures of the car crash which were taken with my camera soon afterwards which would prove how dangerous it potentially could have been and the damage caused to the car which no one could have been in without some form of injury. I never took those pictures or even thought about taking them. They were taken by the person who an insurance claim would to be made against after he asked if I had taken any and I said no. After he enquired first if there were any serious injuries he said i would take some pictures for you for insurance purposes as that road was totally unsafe and liability would be with other people.

Anyway, no point going continuing with this as you think priests and doctors hold a higher position in life than the pope and everything they say is infallible.

I have work to do so please don't interrupt me while I am doing so. Oh for your information I wont be claiming anything for loss of earnings this whole thing has caused and I was not even offered a sick note by the doctor anyway. Yet her next patient was offered a sick note to take time off work despite the fact that patient never even asked for one and turned it down.

The next patient as you call her was genuine, something this brilliant doctor spotted.

Are you back at work or did this " back injury " not cause you to miss a day.

The next patient was genuine despite also having no visible illness or injuries.

Yes, i am back at work. It was not a serious injury.

It did involve me missing some time off work dealing with insurance issues. But as i said i wont be claiming anything for that lose time allow .
But i will take some time off work to write a letter to the doctor and amongst other things i will bring up her comments about my three old child and i hope she has children too and it wont hurt them because they wont see it but i will tell her if she has children the only thing she is worse at than being a doctor is being a mother.
So i am not exactly still feeling wonderful. My feelings have been extremely hurt by this doctor and if she ends up feeling half as hurt by that comment that still wont even be compensatory in my opinion.
By:
lfc1971

Would not advise that course of action paddletoe, do not get involved in anything like that.
We are better to expect that our feelings will be hurt, most people are complete .... so it is always likely.

And its possible you may have misinterpreted the Doctor, these misunderstandings happen all the time.
If you put something in writing it can`t be reversed.

When: 12 Feb 16 13:40
Thank you for the advice lfc. I know its well meaning on your part but it will only be my personal opinion and the letter will between me and her and no one else and she knows what she said. You bet she would not be prepared to put it in writing. I will say even more though and i don't think its unjustified after hearing some other reports about this doctor by people.

I don't think i can be sued for a personal comment afterall and i have nothing else to worry about beyond that.

So now this doctor has allegedly said terrible things about your three year old child, you are making it up as you go along.

Write your vindictive false letter, they will know its from a crank who's all over the place.

Your earlier defenders have disappeared as the more you revealed of yourself the more they admired the doctor.
By:

If she wants to take any further action she is more than welcome. If I wrote an ordinary letter of complaint I may get an apology but no apology will be acceptable and I don't want one based on her saying I misinterpreted her and while I cant do anything much in terms of a complaint this will have to do.

But thank you for the advice lfc.

Everything now backs up the doctor.

You fooled some people at the start but with every new statement you showed yourself up.

I rumbled you from the start, you are now accepting you were not injured ( the doctor knew that from the get go ) but you have introduced this new insinuation about the doctor saying something terrible about your three year old child, this is an absolute falsehood.

In your hasty retreat you have resorted to a lie that's so ridiculous you have to put it down to vindictive desperation.

It does prove the point about bogus complaints, all sorts of lies will be told.

The posters that encouraged you to sue were duped they are wide to you now.

Facts still has that malfunctioning block button.

He also still hates his own country which is why he wants to change it through mass immigration.

Facts hates religion but has a soft spot for the most barbaric one.

He hates his country's history and culture ( populated by racists and homophobes ) yet he wants to overrun your country with the most homophobic of them all.

Also a hypocrite as he was claiming he would accommodate some refugees,he didnt.

I am not a medical expert racingqueen. Maybe i knew that fact about the next patient as she was my sister and i know what she went to the doctor for. Maybe i am making that up to.

Hope that answers your questions. Now i am going out for the night. I will just have to put up with the pain but at least it will give me some comfort your thinking about me.

For you to assume that a Priest is gay is just as bad as the doctor assuming that you are feigning injury.

Deafening silence about the alleged terrible things the doctor said about his three year old child.

Hardly surprising considering it was a black lie.

This diversionary tactic of blaming some unknown priests isint really working.
The other diversionary tactic of someone informing is just that.

We have learned plenty though,Paddletoe is sensitive muddled and unscrupulous.
We know the late story about the three year old child is a lie, fair to say that the story about the accident is also a lie.

We can also guarantee that he is not gone out,he is hunched over his computer waiting for replies as is the bogus refugee carer Facts.

Everything that is wrong with society is summed up in the OP initial comments and compounded by subsequent ones.

You drove into a 12 foot hole because you weren't paying attention. There was nothing wrong with you but fancied a bit of compo. A good doctor saw through your feeble 'bad back' charade and you wasted NHS resources trying to make a claim for something you were responsible for. Your sister showed you what a good doctor she is but your greed has gotten in the way of your objectivity.

You are morally bankrupt and a malingering charlatan. What a surprise your back is now 'ok.'

I sincerely hope you waste time, money and energy and lose.

I bid you good day sir.

If My car went into a 12 foot Ditch that was unmarked on a public road ,I would not be getting out of it ,as long as no chance of Vehicle catching Fire ..

Police ambulance fire brigade  the Lot called ,Neck brace and Stretcher you can never be too careful ,this would be followed by severe Neck and Back pain ,PTSD ,Depression ,all these things can kick in once the adrenaline has leveled out ..

I would get the lot ,and why not they could have killed someone ,they are lucky I drove into it

I don't believe anything you say.

We are still waiting to hear the terrible things the brave doctor said about your three year old child.
Eeternaloptimist is also waiting.
We will go on waiting as that was the blackest lie ever told on here.

Refugees used their children in a despicable way whilst trying to enter Europe, they had a feeble excuse of being desperate, you have no such excuse.

This hole in the road was on my driving side of the road charwell on a narrow country road around a bend in pitch darkness with no street lighting. Of course I probably could be lying and went straight into it with my wife in the car if that's what you believe then that's fine. I have never made a claim for compensation in my life for personal injuries in a car and I could have a few times if I wanted to fake an injury.
I never said I was going to in this case either.

You are answering unasked questions.

The one burning question is what did this noble doctor say about your three year old child.

You want to strike bets about whether you went out tonight, bets on whether you work or not but there won't be a mention of a wager concerning the famous black lie.

I accept your diversion.

I don't think you know what happened in Ireland,I'm not talking about court cases.

A scheme was set up to grant compensation to anyone who attended an Irish orphanage or reform school.
The amount you got depended on how you were treated,no defence was allowed.
This naturally led to exaggerated claims ( with your imagination you would have had a field day )
A friend of mine was sent to Upton years ago,he thought he was treated well so made no claim,he was later contacted by fellow inmates of Upton.
He made a claim was questioned was told by the board he was entitled to money just for being there,he got his compensation.

I think priests that abused children are more culpable than ordinary individuals who did the same.
They had the benefit of an extensive education, they were teaching what was right and wrong, they were hypocrites as well as being evil.

You never freely by choice bring up this issue in the same way you bring up sexual abuse by those in the muslim religion. Infact you search all around Europe to find new cases when you only have to go to your local parish to find as many if not a lot more. Most were not reported and if you don't believe that your either unwilling to or don't want to believe its true.

Whilst the prolonged attention you are giving Paddletoe's medical situation is admirable, I rather think you have taken your eye off the Muslim invasion, and suggest you return immediately to incessant, repeditive posting on such matters.

Did you read my last post ?
Are you aware of the deal the Catholic Church did with the Irish state ?

Islam is a threat to Western civilisation.
If you think the Catholic Church has questions to answer on equality for women and its treatment of gays you are going to be surprised at Islams treatment of those two groups.

One is alo current the other is not.
