looked up my clip - my memory was faulty.
missing you - Dan Yessian and Barry Murphy Love was so tender, I let my heart surrender. In the summer breeze all our cares just flew away. But Summer turns to Autumn and it seems so wrong.. now your gone..... and I'm missing you... it seems like only yesterday, you and i we passed this way underneath the softness of a starry night. we had so much to say... making future plans... castles in the sand ... i'm missing you and in the back of my mind, I'm trying to find a reason why?.. a beautiful thing like the flowers of spring ... have to to die. Just about to turn the tv off, and a program was starting.. Papadopoulos and Sons, a series about a Greek chip shop
owner (no it's not a comedy about a kebab shop!), and the opening music was stunning. It's a choral piece by Stephen Warbeck, but I'm darned if I can find it anywhere... not on youtube, but the instrumental version is. |
