For crying out loud The Special Idiot (One).....TV licence money isn't spent on Top Gear because it is self funding through sales of broadcasting rights worldwide and makes yearly PROFIT for the BBC. In another word it helps to keep the licence fees DOWN. You or me do not pay for Top Gear, the foreigners do.
