Why isn't there a reduction in the licece fee then? will the tax payers see any of it? where does that money go?

if the BBC do find him guilty of punching a colleague his career if over re the BBC.

Dismissal would be a formality.

Then I suppose, he'll take a sabbatical for a while and resurrect himself on ITV ala Jonathon Ross

Amazed by how many people get upset by mr Clarkson.

When he is sacked he will find work elsewhere very quickly, topgear is a money spinner.

That's fine, he can go to sky, itv etc... just don't want licence payers money going to that racist pleb

it's not. You're like a washing machine on spin that won't stop banging on (plagiarised some of that!)

Unlike the vast majority of shows on the BBC, Topgear is a massive moneyspinner. Do you understand? It makes a profit. Yes initially, licence fee money is used, but is repaid many times over.

Topgear's revenue helps pays towards all the other dud programmes on the BBC that no one ever watches i.e things about climate change

So your saying because of that he can get away with anything? Absolutely anything? racism, violence, making fun of dead Argentinians etc....

No one man is bigger than the bbc, no one man bigger than a football club

The bbc should sack him right now, hes a vile individual, sooner he goes to itv or sky the better, lets see hope long they put up with it, no wonder his wife him too
By:

No he will be sacked, but this is probably what he is after. Imagine having to work with bbc's quota of staff per show, the bbc probably wanted a female on the show all the time.
By:
The Special One™
When: 11 Mar 15 00:13
erm...... its because he allegedly punched a producer, did the bbc ask him to do that then?
By:
The Special One™
When: 11 Mar 15 00:15
again he isn't bigger than the bbc, if whatever the producer proposed he didn't like it he could have just resigned, not like hes skint and needs the money
By:

When: 11 Mar 15 00:16
but instead he punches him allegedly because he thinks he is bigger than the bbc

inexcusable if it was a female producer but im sure all his supporters would be fine with him punching a woman

I agree. Lots' of people can't stand him. I'm not a big fan these days - he's become a caricature of his former self. Being controversial for the sake of it.

However, I'm not a big fan of a lot of people on the BBC, but if you want to watch 'live' tv you need a licence, so I very reluctantly pay it.

I can't stand 'The Voice' or 'Come Dancing' or 'twunts like Graham Norton' or 'The Weather Forecast'

Should I get a rebate on my license fee?

The BBC fills an important social role in filling in the gaps the education system missed,i very much doubt the special one could boil an egg on his own were it not for the Beeb.

You don't get it do you, if I don't like a program I don't watch it

But when a presenter is blatantly racist and mocks the war dead you think that is morally correct for them to carry on or be sacked?

If Savile was still here I can see you defending jim 'll ficx it being back on tv

Hes a vile individual that mocks the war dead, hes nothing but a COWARD

Soon as the Argentinians lynched him he ran like a coward and couldn't even face them, legged it out the country like a rat down a sewer

We won that war, got the falklands and suffered less casualties and deaths than the Argentinians, who had a lot more dead soldiers, so why the need to mock their war dead in their own backyard??

By:

a lot of the Argentinian dead soldiers came from the places he was driving through with that number plate

Feck the Argies.
I'm glad TG pulled that stunt after the stunt the Argies pulled with the vid of the athlete running over our war dead's memorial.

He can do what he likes

But are you telling me that the flight to Argentina, his hotel costs, the cars etc.... was not funded by the bbc licence payer? if the program makes so much money then was the whole trip and all costs transporting cars etc... funded by TG or by the licence payer??
