My only sympathy is for Madeleine.

It must not be forgotten there is an even worst crime the McCanns have been accused of

I don't know myself, so I have not made that accusation, I do not think we will ever know now

But their lesser crime is sufficient for me

People can troll these two to their hearts content as far as I am concerned

Still cannot get my head around that the McCanns  left three children two two year old's & a three year old that awoke  screaming the night before alone the following night, no proper baby monitoring was in place & they thought a check every 30 min was sufficient, though you have to somehow look past all their abysmal failings as no-one deserves to have their child disappear in such circumstances.

I see no motive for other people at the Hotel to lie about what the McCanns were doing every night myself

I know people can be malicious and there is cheque book journalism

But I do not see it, most people would have instinctively had sympathy for anyone who has lost their child

The fact that other Hotel guests were not....seems like truth to me....which means the McCanns have lied

about only leaving Maddie one night

just my opinion of course

I would not say the McCanns deserved it pumphol

But they get no forgiveness from me, until they confess what they were doing

I'm truly fed up with all the media protection they get. So if some sad phuckers want to vent their anger at them then so be it. It balances it up a bit.

Wesdaq. Why do you need to make personal sleights in your posts? You state that 'The McCann apologist naydam will be along soon'. I'd like you to tell me what you are basing this on. You can't just keep saying things about people...please back it up with some sort of example. Confused

Bobby is spot on with his comments. Unbelievable how much stick the McCanns have received.

Can anyone answer (for an absolute fact) the questions below?  Personally, I don't know what is fact and what is just malicious rumour.

Did Gerry McCann play tennis on the morning after Madeleine's disappearance?  Not that this would point to any sort of guilt if he did, but it just seems bizarre to say the least.

Did sniffer dogs indicate the presence of a dead body in the apartment and rental car?  If they did, I cannot understand why the British investigators would discount such evidence.
By:

Because it isn't evidence. You can't cross-examine the dog in a court of law. It's just wuff justice.
By:

When: 03 Oct 14 00:51
If you google it there is masses on the web

I believe he did play tennis

The sniffer dogs did indicate presence of body in room, not so sure about car

Their sense of smell is good, but who knows what goes on in a dogs mind, it cannot be used as evidence in court
dogs do make mistakes

I doubt the evidence will ever be found to close the case now myself

Fair enough, but is it true?  Did sniffer dogs indicate the presence of a dead body in the apartment and rental car?

This is why I don't normally post in a thread about the McCanns. Far too many dickheads wishing them ill for going out for a meal on holiday but checking up regularly - something that many parents have done over the years - on the sleeping children. They will have to live the rest of their lives regretting doing that and will always have my upmost sympathy.

People who are glad that they are being abused are beyond contempt.

Last post on this thread for me as I can imagine the replies from said dickheads Sad

I believe that the 'cadaver' dog indicated both the apartment and the car. I am less sure about the 'blood' detecting dog but I think the results were again in both places.
Others on here will know these details better than me. Hopefully, someone will respond.

Pokermonster, you might remember that we corresponded by e-mail a while ago. I`ve sent you a rather lengthy read, one which left a neutral such as me in no doubt as to the rights and wrongs of the McCann`s behaviour. I seem to remember threads being pulled for posting the link on here, hence the e-mail. The link seems to be behaving strangely, so I`ve inserted a space in front of the `www` bit. Remove that, and it should work.

Crags I don't know people who abandon their crying children to enjoy dinner and drinks where they cannot see the appartments. I also believe many staff have testified that these 'regular visits' weren't actually very regular!

poker - yes Gerry did play tennis the morning after. The dogs did indicate at both the car and the apartment.

I want to believe that the McCanns are innocent, but if cadaver dogs did indeed indicate both the apartment and their rental car it's difficult not to harbour some suspicion.

Just one more post from me to say I shouldn't have used the word 'dickheads' sorry about that, but it does depress me to read people saying that they are glad that the McCanns are being abused on social media.

Goodnight.

If the dogs indicated just the apartment one could reasonably argue the unknown abductor theory, but the apartment and the rental car is a problem for me.

The cadaver dog alerting in the apartment cannot be consistent with the unknown abductor theory (unless he brought a body with him).  Science says it takes at least an hour after death before the body starts to emit detectable odour
