You detect wrongly. Your point seems to be that we shouldnt judge people of different cultures and if their culture involves torture and mass murder of everyone they dont like then that makes them different not savage.

No it is a euphemism for democracy, education, science, art, literature,music, the rule of law,
tolerance, equal rights, fresh water, food to eat, religious tolerance, human rights, sport, rock music, jazz, sport, freedom of speech, human rights ...these are some of the things but they are not always certain to continue. Europe and America are in decline and no country seems to be able to take its place. |
