I'll try these two again - answers later if no-one correct:

On a full-size football pitch, how long is the straight edge of the "D" on the edge of the penalty area?

Well, I still think my unanswered question is a 'proper-football-trivia-which-would-go-down-well-in-a-quiz-for-all':

Q. In the 2012/2013 season of the Premier league which club's pies were:
a. The cheapest?
b. The dearest?

I warn you; I have another pie question once this has been answered.

It's a question to be guessed at really, Mac, but one which would go down well in a quiz, I would think, as it gives the 'no hopers' a chance of getting a point or two from the 'know alls' if they strike lucky:

Q. In the 2012/2013 season of the Premier league which club's pies were:

a. The cheapest? - Answer: Wigan (£2.30)

b. The dearest? - Answer: Fulham (£3.90)

Who was sent off in an East London Sunday League match, circa 1974, for decking the opposing  centre half, and was later found to have played under a false name, solely to get at the opposing entre half.

Pumpy, unfortunately, as good as those look, they're not Wright's Pies - THE pies of Stoke!
I'm staggered that they're not for sale at the Brit - but I'm almost sure I read years ago that Coates had something to do with Pukka pies, so it must be because of that.

Nothing beats a Wright's meat and potato pie - and they're just £1:10 (at most, I can never remember numbers!)

I'm not surprised Muntz. On my 'pie question search' I saw that quite a few lower league clubs charge very high prices for their pies - but they are supposed to be of exceptional quality.

It can be a small fortune to pay if you have a couple of kids to take to the match - as well as buying drinks and a programme.
All for 90 minutes worth of entertainment.

Note the entertainment bit. That's why Pulis is off to Monaco!

KIdderminster deny this makes their pies policy roofless.

Here's the table for what it cost at each club last season for a pie, pint and a programme:

Sparky, you could build a whole football trivia quiz around that alone!
