Just about sums up the level of the people who hated Thatcher. Is that the best the TV people can do? Is there no one of any significance they can interview other than these odious characters? Meanwhile the world leaders inc Obama send their condolences. Telling us she was a 'great' lady. Now who do I believe? Red Ken, Georgie Boy etc - or the worlds leaders? You have been drowned out by the nutters but a lone voice speaking against this vile behaviour is still welcome. I wonder if some of these people have any understanding of what they are saying and doing? Comparing her to people like Hitler just leaves me speechless. Some people opposed her policies which is natural in a democracy but to show this level of animosity anywhere let alone on one of the most rampant examples of capitalism you will find is just bizarre. |

she basically stood for the class war, did stuff that destroyed the lives of people I cared about, I'm happy she's dead, and I'm not going to be browbeaten into pretending anything else in the name of spurious morality. I just wish it had been sooner, that's all. |

she was very very devise and so while her support of pinochet, south africa etc was disgusting to me she was also a human being and a mother. i rejoiced when she was out of office but she has not been involved in front line politics for years so i can't for the life of me understand anyone getting any pleasure from her death. very distasteful imo. |
