Elisjohn - nefyn - my favourite golf course in the whole world. Sorry but got place on The Warren in Abersoch so bolt hole not required I'm afraid. Good luck with ur sale.

kev, let me know if youre renting it out, with a big discount, always wanted to stay there for some reason, though close to where i live, fab place, have you walked along the golf course, porthdinllaen, passed few weeks ago and david cameron there having a pint in the beach pub

Ty Coch gets a few too many **** tourists these days so avoid.
Nefyn golf course is most beautiful course in Europe and one of the best in UK - prefer a pint in the friendly clubhouse to the pub these days. |

sorry just got back to you, yeah mullion and kynance cove are nice too, on the lizard peninsular. you cant really fail to be on the coast with a beach down here really. sennen and newquay are well known beaches for surfing and stuff. marazion is quite a nice beach and has st michaels mount in the bay

The Lizard is beautiful but having sea on three sides means that virtually all year round there is a fine sea mist/drizzle. We used to own a house in St Mawes and that is lovely.

If its the Llyn peninsula you want. Llanbedrog is your place. One of the best beaches in Britain and a belting pub up the road with a great play area for the kids. I have spent many weeks there with my son when he was little.

sorry sib, thought it was llangrannog you mentioned, but yes llanbedrog great as well, fantastic area of abersoch/ porthmadog/ nefyn, and a good butlins near by , also criccieth.

llandudno still nice absolutley love the pier and a walk up the great orme, cracking weatherspoons in which was the old theatre also. Yeah mevagissy is cornwall, st ives is also nice down that way.....hope that weaver fish is dead though which i trood on at st ives as that didn't half hurt
