A New World Record , the first album I bought. It was and is terrific.
I have 3 vinyl copies & also 3 of Out Of The Blue(including my original blue vinyl copy). It's a bit like animal rescue if I see a copy languishing for a pound in a charity shop. |

350 selections in 81 contributions. 197 different artists and 260 different albums. The runaway top artist with 16 votes, twice as many as third place, is the beatles, and in second place second place with 12 is pink floyd. top album after 5 days is a tie, but in joint 3rd with 5 nominations is the clash-london calling, bob dylan-blood on the tracks, pink floyd-wish you were here, and pink-floyd-dark side of the moon. not surpringly one of the joint leaders is from the top artist, the beatles-abbey road, and the other, a surprise to me anyway, is sex pistols-never mind the bollox. a further seven with 4 votes each
