I despise chicken gravy, and if someone gives me a roast with chicken i have butter on my roasties.
Beef or lamb, chops etc, then boatloads of gravy. |
|
By:
I have been serving up plates of butter - along with copious amounts of 'proper' gravy - to the Irish just recently.
The gravy has gone down far better - chicken gravy or not. |

Thread's dead Tommy. I killed it!
Apologies to those who think that a funny thread about gravy is more important than animal welfare! |
|
By:
Pillock.
Are you being paid by Betfair to kill the forum? |
|
By:
Oh fack off. This is the first thread I've interrupted in months!
|
|
By:
Days, more like.
I really don't understand why someone could be so vociferous - and interrupt so many threads with constant videos etc of things you won't watch yourself - when he's been happily scoffing meat for 64 years before. Are you claiming total stupidity before 2014 kenny? Vegetarianism/bad animal welfare has been going on a lot longer than the last 12 months, if you hadn't heard. |

By the way Rob The Nob, the other Chuckle Brother is here now!
[and that did make me laugh!] |
|
By:
Days! That's nonsense. You find me a thread I've interrupted in the last week!
Why should I watch the videos? I know what's in them! |
|
By:
Anyway, I'm wasting my time. Nobody gives a toss. Shan't interrupt any more threads till next year.
|
|
By:
You do talk so much utter nonsense, kenny.
If you believe in something watch the bloody videos. I've got your number, I reckon: I'll bet you secretly eat loads of bacon sandwiches don't you, and so put up the video links to assuage your guilt? |

Chaps, there are far more important things to worry about. I'll give you some good news, my Ma has been discharged from King's College Hospital after spending 7 weeks in intensive care so she will have Christmas with the family at her home which was huge odds against awhile back. So happy right now you would not believe

Thanks John, it has been a very draining couple of months but you can't keep a good Dublin matriarch down thankfully.

As an aside; I was in a pub yesterday in the late afternoon/early evening which specialises in carvery meals, every day, for such and such a price.
Three women had acquired their roast dinners at about 5:45pm and sat just across from where I was sitting. I've rarely been so disgusted. Plates piled as high as Kilimanjaro - and every single woman weighed no less than 18 stone. No room for any of them to add a drop of gravy to their meals, such was the enormous piles of food they'd all shovelled onto their plates. Just craven piggery. |
