Loose Caboose traded down to 11 ir
my lay was set up at 8.0 :( though my place bet at 6.6 was laid at 3.2 :) also did the 11-yr-old Whitbarrow for a place :) but it's the first race for me to make a loss in after 13 winning races going back to Dec 30. haven't made that much as they've been trades in almost all cases |

don't let that 'abject failure' :p stop you from posting on here as I'm sure your record in the p/pot comp speaks for itself. |

Cheers CC, thought I'd won that one but just as the horse came up to the line he suck his head in front for 3rd, make ya sick don't it

Timeform Radio just tipped the winner Peopleton Brook, you wouldn't believe why :^0 and also tipped Bollywood Style for a place at 2.8 :)

By:
go on tell us why :D

He said ' This is unscientific, but every time I'm in the studio, Best gets a winner.'
And he was right...again. :^0 :^0 |

It's worth studying trainers. :^0 |

morning all
2.55 Plumpton One at the bottom of the handicap that has decent ew chances, this horse has won three times over C&D all those wins were in class 5 but the horse was carrying over 11st on all three wins, all on ground soft or heavy as it is today. Today its back hurdling after a stint chasing, yes it is a class 4 today but with todays jockey claiming 7lb & riding the horse on two of its three wins here the horse is carrying a featherweight 9 st 11lb A competitive hcp but WONDERSOBRIGHT stands out as a bit of ew value at around 28/1 |
By:
WONDERSOBRIGHT is a frontrunner and I've put a little on at 50/1 and will put a lay in at the start of the race for 42/1 for a free bet

Wondersobright faded much to early for my liking, back to the drawing board, they said the ground was heavy there, looked no worse than soft imo. |

Fujin Dancer got to be worth a lay at the price as it;s not guaranteed to get 12 furlongs despite a win over the sticks.
At least Bee Stinger is a course and distance winner, and Naxox was second here over 14f in November |
By:
WOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
:) |
By:
Well done sir :)
By:
Fujin Dancer went down to 1.02 :^0
By:
It was unlucky not to win, but a loser's a loser :)
Bee Stinger, the logical danger, should have gone on after half a mile and picked up the pace. It went back to 4th when Fujin Dancer kicked for home, but ran on again to get 3rd. |

Jazz Age needs to improve abit for this, I don't like it and with only 2 places available Im laying it at 4.2
By:
Oh yeess Jazz Age finished last
By:
1 or 2 good looking horses in this next race but STERNLIGHT isn't one of them, nothing to like about this horse so it's another lay in the place market at 5.8 but only 2 places again
By:
STERNLIGHT got off to a good start but run out of steam inside the last two furlongs to finish nowhere :)
By:
I layed Mary Helen for a place in Jazz Ages race at 2.06 (4th) :)
Done nothing since. |
By:
2.06 is the sort of price I like to lay at, but today there's been a few H.cap races with 7 runners and just 2 places, which is good if you can find a cr@p one to lay
even if the odds are abit on the large side |
By:
In the 'lucky last'**has the best trainers record in this race but his nag is a NR
Brisbourne is the next best trainer on stats, and he has the top rated jockey for this race, the claimer, Atkinson, on his horse, Join Up. 2nd fav in the win market at 4.4 but fav in the place market at 1.65 |
By:
forgot there's a another race
By:
Think i'll give this one a miss, not an easy one to work out
By:
Surfing the net for Norwich and Newham headlines when it went off and missed it.
l'd have had Join Up to win (30% of stake) and place (70% of stake) would have broke about level. |
