't will still take around 6 MONTHS for medicine to be produced that will fight swine-flu. 6 MONTHS hear you say....exactly no good 6 motnhs..' Quality stuff! What a moron you are looking. Look at the way it's spreading in Austrailia, you think 6 months is too long a wait for them? Idiot. |
|
By:
Why do you think they are racing against time to get a jab produced? Thats how serious it is.
Not a bright spark are you sparkmaster, perhaps you could do with a name change. |
|
By:
I read this morning that they are preparing for deaths of 2% but expecting deaths to be no more than 0.5% at worst... not sure if I've read this right but that's how it came across to me.

What's your view on this first British death Cath?
|
|
By:
Well it was only a matter of time, most of us knew that. I feel really sad and sorry for the friends and family.
I also feel really sorry for anyone that has a medical condition and are in fear of cathing swine-flu. Yes we all know that normal season-flu kills but what many don't seem to grasp is the danger we face not only now but once the flu-season starts here in Autumn. The strain could change and become even stronger. Therefore the vaccine being produced now, may not even work if the strain changes. Everyone took the view "HERE WE GO AGAIN" and took it with a pinch of salt. It's a shame that the first death here will be the early warning signs to some to take this thing more seriously. For example, Saturday I went to the coast. I had to use a public toilet, as the roll mops I had were a bit dody..long story.....Anyway two young women came into the toilets aswell, did there stuff, one even broke wind as she was peeing, and they walked out without washing there hands after. |

Broke wind..... My god.... the evil cow!

To answer your earlier Q cath - about 5 minutes. As I've said, you've never referred back to the earlier parts of this thread.
As for what you posted which was wrong... Cath22 28 Apr 13:32 Once or IF this turns to a Pandemic it will still take around 6 MONTHS for medicine to be produced that will fight swine-flu. 6 MONTHS hear you say....exactly no good 6 motnhs..we could have thousands of deaths by then already if this swine flu continues to grow and spread likes it doing now. |

I don't want to turn this into a disgusting conversation but how do you or me know that when she broke wind it wasn't slightly wet? it sounded it, so any wind juices may have spread to her hands when she wiped herself. |

Cath....you don't carry a scythe over your shoulder do you?

The medicine is still be produced, well the first batches and will be available soon, but the main supply for half of our country alone won't be for a while yet. Thats if it doesn't change (strain) 6 months from when this thread was started would fall juts intime for Autumn, so by then we could be looking at thousands. So I'm not sure what you ae getting at. |

You're not sure what I'm getting at?????
I must have told you 40 or 50 times what I'm getting at - Me and loads of other people. You are MASSIVELY over-reacting to a problem which the press blew out of all proportion, and which is less damaging to world population than virtually every other disease known to man. JUST READ THE THREAD FROM THE BEGINNING. (He asks again, pointlessly). |

I hope you are not taking medication for blood pressure? You are one highly strung man. I see you refuse to answer my reply to you, when you asked me a question. There is no over-reaction what so ever, It's going on, we are seeing and hearing about it, more and more people are getting it. I said at the start we are 1 and a half months behind Mexico on this, and now we are seeing the results. |

Been a lovely day so far up here, Stud. Forecast has been predicting rain for at least a week and we've had none. Very often wrong up here with the weather being so changeable and localised.
