Yes that Liverpool blokes trial was the first sign of things going wrong. Ok he was freed in the end but it did take a long time. :^0 |
By:
its amazing what expensive PR can do for public opinion.
By:
Why else would you be so prejudiced against the other person convicted Harry?
You're certain the black guy is guilty and the white girl is innocent, but haven't said why. Why? |
By:
no. but the bloke said he was in the batchroom (or kitchen) when he heard a scream. That he went into the bedroom and saw 2 people escaping. Now why is everybody convinced he is lying, but is doubtful about the other two?
By:
sparkmaster, do you never clean kitchen utensils? never been proved was washed in bleach!! the police can make up whatever they want out there it would seem
By:
I often clean my kitchen utensils, but I'm to soak a murder weapon from another house in bleach.
By:
Outragous assumptions sparkmaster.Ever thought of going on an Italian jury.
By:
Not assumption at all, just a simple question you're unable to answer.
By:
IN his case the DNA evidence linked him to the body. He also fled the country. Therefore I think he was guilty based on the evidence and for no other reason. I leave worrying about the colour of people involved to the likes of you.
By:
And she repeatedly lied to the police and tried to implicate another man, and was also tied in with DNA evidence, and you believe him certainly guilty and her innocent.
I don't think even the most extreme racism could render anyone that stupid. Fishing. |
By:
Luca Lalli, a pathologist who carried out a post-mortem examination, said Miss Kercher was killed with a penknife.
He added: "I can confirm that Miss Kercher may have been sexually active before the death, but it was definitely not a rape." http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/1568425/British-student-had-sex-with-killer-say-police.html A few days after the murder, the pathologist said "Killed with a penknife" "Definitely not a rape" Somehow that became killed with a kitchen knife and definitely raped. Why? |
By:
So I think that one person is guilty because there is evidence that I find convincing and another is innocent ( maybe though definitely not proven guilty) because the evidence is flawed and in spankmasters eyes that makes me a racist/fisherman or maybe both. Not really any point having a discussion with such a fool.
By:
harry FACT IS there is reasonable doubt about the case any more so, there is definate doubt over the Italian Justice system, in fact it would tie in nicely with the phrase "clueless"
By:
Guilty as hell. Evil woman.
By:
a carefully considered comment lozzy, and well backed up you mugggg!!!
By:
So ,looking at this case, those in favour of capital punishment on the basis of DNA evidence say 'eye'
By:
all that has come out of the case is that the italian police couldnt organise a pi$$ up in a brewery, and the courts cant run a bath!!!!
By:
unlike all the "evidence" against al-Megrahi
By:
just feel that the appeal will be successful without doubt, how can you allow the jury to read the press/internet etc during the trial?? if it gets taken to a higher court than the mickey mouse ones in Italy the decision is a no brainer!!
By:
could happen. but what could also happen is possibly telling the truth and appealing for a more lenient sentence
By:
Is any of you guys in possession of all the evidence the jury had in coming up with their decision?
By:
Whos'e to offer odds on an expensive all star us legal team doing the appeal case then foxy being released within 18 months.
Great porffesionaalism by ITV last night with Twice convicted drunk Alistar Stewart opening with "Foxy Knoxy" as his first words!! |
By:
rho!!! thats the problem they had no evidence!!! just the Italians wanting to get one over on the usa really!! i repeat no murder weapon proven, no dna linking know to the scene, quite how they convict on that is ridiculous
By:
does she have to do the full 25 year stretch? or ls she allowed out early for good behaviour etc.. like over here ?? anybody know please?
By:
They have LONG sietsas in
ITALY,i understand :) |
By:
For heaven's sake - they bribed the wrong officials or gave inadequate backhanders. It's still negotiable though.
By:
Having not kept up with the case or with any clear memory of the details of the incident, I think she's guilty.
By:
Haven't read all this thread, or aobut the crime.
Is she English ? Has she got to serve her sentence in Italy, or will Jack Straw bring her home to serve her sentence here, like the nigerian bird with a British passport who got pregnant in Laos to dodge the death penalty. |
By:
I wouldve survived as I wouldnt have turned down the drugs and sex
By:
she's an american bc
By:
That's her facked then.
By:
its the fackin that got her into trouble in the first place :D

Having not kept up with the case or with any clear memory of the details of the incident, I think she's guilty. --------------------------------------- Nice of one of the jurors to join us on the forum :D |
By:
day2 only another 9000 or so to go
By:
she will be out within 2 years NAP!! they may just may get rid of the mickey mouse justice system in Italy by then too!!
By:
Its pathetic that the relatives and friends of the guilty now refer to it as a faulty trial. No words about whether she was guilty or not. It was a game that went horribly wrong that coast a girls life. End of.
By:
why do people insist she is innocent. she said she was in the house, then blamed a bloke that had a watertight alibi, then she said she wasn't there at all that night
By:
then gets caught on cctv going into house that night
By:
its the fact they didnt prove her guilt as apposed to whehter she is innocent or not!! there is plenty of doubt with the two main pieces of evidence and the rest is all tabloid and press spin!! wasnt a fair trial imo, she may well have done it or played a part, but that wasnt proved BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT in the courthouse!
By:
she should have fessed up to her part and stopped dicking around for over a year.
