It all descended into that as soon as Bellew vs Cleverly was PPV.
|
|
By:
And that ppv headed by Brook vs Gavin too. What one of those was first.
|

I don't think any PPV's do bad in Britain now. The Sky hype machine get behind it and the casuals lap it up.
They can literally just about put anyone on now. Heavyweights especially. |

By:
Even a "bad" ppv for Sky does like 200k buys.

Brook v Golovkin was a funny one. Brook literally sacrificed for the PPV money

lmao off, you all sound like you know eddie hearn personally, eddie this and eddie that! just the kinda chat u would here from the foaming at the mouth loosers who lose all they're money to buy food for the family in the bookies on a friday afternoon, give up the now before its too late

Mikey garcia v Robert easter Jnr tonight. Should be a good one. Expect Mikey to win, but odds look a bit stingy.

I missed your prediction, treeko. Luckily for me, I called it right anyway. As did a few others on here.

|
|
By:
no worries, treeko. good luck to you, but predictions carry more weight generally if they are made before the fight.

i indeed appreciate that sir, i was just catching up on the bile that was being spewed from the serial gambling addicts and serial loosers on here and felt i had to comment, but i do agree with your sentiments so shall refrain from engaging any more as it would come across in the wrong way mabye

By:
Very eloquently put, treeko.

Fair play to these heavyweights. Not an easy way to make a living.

treeko sounded mad

I thought back of the head shots were illegal in boxing?
Go and watch the fight again and Whyte must have hit Parker to the back of the head about 500 times, all without warning Boxing is nothing more than sanctioned street fighting now imo |
|
By:
treeko was very drunk lol, had my biggest single bet of the yr on whyte and got the fright of my life in the last 30 secs of the fight!
anybody watching the whole fight live must have seen whytes tactics and more heavy handedness it was only going to go one way, then i came on here and had to read all the bitches greeting about this and that it just set me off no offence meant folks |

Spend your bullseye wisely, treeko

No need to explain yourself, treeko. Your views are as valid as anyone else's, and you didn't say anything particularly offensive as far I can see (I've seen a helluva lot worse over the years) Well done on your win, I hope it was a big one. To be honest, I was very worried about my own bet at the end, especially listening to radio commentary, when it sounded like Whyte might get stopped. and I ended up laying off more than I would have if I had live pics without a big delay.
|
|
By:
Rawling always overexaggerates for better effect on the radio. the market only went to 1.5x in the last round so it wasn't in huge panic mode, only semi panic mode. You could sense Dillian would just about make it to the end, especially with the home town referee's reluctancy to stop it unless he literally couldn't stand up
|
|
By:
I think I must be one of the few people who didnt panic when wyhte went down, wasnt really a heavy shot, was always getting up from it
|
|
By:
Nah I was the same Cooper. watched too much boxing and know Whyte isn't a quitter
