Still looks suitable inflated to me

Have not watched for 2 days but even the pleasent(and obviously vile) surprise of a Sunshine stitch-up giving me a nice eviction profit(I layed Keeva rather than backing Shabby) has not persuaded me to continue watching. Im greening out but I will be leaving the bulk of my baggage on Corin with a little extra on Nathan and perhaps a small tickle on AO and Steve.
Good luck to all. |

The taxi tonight was being attacked by an army of kangeroos. It was some fightback from the vechicle but the damage has been done. The wheels are slowly falling off and the early sub 5.0 backers are looking a bit red faced I bet.

By:
She was around 20/1 when the taxi started.
I'm sure those who boarded early are in a very healthy position and luvin it. She's put herself in danger of eviction after tonight, but also relaunched her challenge to win. |

We were forced to taste the marmite. I liked it more than I thought

Not yet GB.
Chicken legs likely to be her next 'insult' |
By:
Corin is fine Arb.
She just gave JJ a piece of her mind. Fingecrossed she has enough left to last another 8 weeks. |
By:
Reading it now fig on the site. Barring a late surge from Ben I honestly think Josie has this stitched up tbh
By:
You could be right GB.
I do think she can be a bitch though. She's as bad as JJ in not letting things drop. She's also doing her best to beat Lauras record time in bed. |
By:
Undoubtedly has her faults fig, but the faults of winners are always forgiven as you know
Sophie rarely emerged from the prone position :-) It's her willingness to take on JJ that will win this for her. |
By:
are you two plebs stroking each others ring piece's while writing your dribble, get a room ffs, jj haters
By:
i cant be backing at 2/1 with 2mths left of twists an turns

All true GB.
Sophie could be a right bitch at times. Just over 3 is way too short with 8 weeks to go though. |

Surprising statement after just one month from an old hand George. I think it could be any from about 6 who could win this. Nobody knows what's round the corner. Sophie was considered a bore and a bully at this stage |

Corin was spot on about JJ but went a little overboard with her rant. I still find her very grating, though.
By:
Go and have a few army be careful though you might get brewers droop, you dont wont to end up like JJ and cant get it up.

With the allstars, I assumed there was only 6 weeks left?
Still I wouldn't lay any of my green unless I detected a firm reason to |
By:
cheers topper [smiley:crazy]
By:
I thought it was 12 weeks and 2 weeks for the allstars.
Could be wrong |
By:
In regard to the allstars, have there been any leaks about who is going to be in it in the British press? Maybe when the line-up is confirmed they will try to angle a HM that would "fit the bill" to win?
By:
You are more likely to be right than me, but is there enough time for 14 weeks?
For my sanity I hope not ;-) |
By:
Maybe I'm losing it Henry ;-)

Her polling has improved since last nights show.
By:
Corin is currently third in the DS least favourite poll; second in the BB Online least favourite poll; and second in the TIBB least favourite poll.
I admire your optimism in thinking of these figures as an improvement. |
By:
Be very careful when looking at internet polls for Corin on DS etc. I think we have reached the stage where they are silly (just look at Steve).
A disproportionate number of people watch live feed 24/7 and have been hating her for a while (her voice would drive anyone mad 24/7)and this has given them an excuse to validate it. Her voice is standable for the 10/15 minutes a day that HL viewers get. People that were there on Friday said that along with Josie, Corin got by far the best reception - unanimous cheers. JJ was pretty bad and mixed at best, whilst Nathan got mega boos along with Keeva. |
By:
Also Satuday HLs always have a relatively low impact.
By:
I said she has more chance of going now PP, but she also has more chance of winning by making a stand against JJ, who many can't stand.

Agree with that. You only have to read the WHATM thread to know what a bunch of bitter old crabs most them are. |

Five leaves,
Apologies if I misunderstood your post. I read a number of posts prior to yours and didn’t see any context to qualify the improvement in Corin’s ratings you were suggesting. We will have to agree to differ on John James. You see a bully. I see the little boy from Big who woke up one day in an adult body but who still retained many of his endearing child-like qualities. I don’t mind Corin. However, I have two points regarding her argument with John James. Firstly, it appeared contrived both in its timing and its nature. She came to the bedroom while he was packing, picked a fight, and then went to the diary room for a Nikki style rant. She clearly thought he was going to be evicted and saw an opportunity to make herself look good. However, she was wrong about the eviction result and, IMHO, her rant went on far too long to appear natural and she ended up looking foolish. Secondly, she responded to perceived childish behaviour from John James with childish behaviour of her own. Any viewer of Supernanny knows that this would just result in further childish behaviour from John James. I can’t see what’s admirable about that. A more effective approach would have been to gain John James’s confidence, and then send him to the naughty step when he starts ranting. Despite her own childish habits and insecurities, that’s exactly what Josie does with him. That’s one of the many reasons why Josie is a much stronger, and much more interesting, character than Corin. IMHO Corin’s only real chance to win is an early eviction for Josie. Best of luck if you disagree. |

Ghatroonh,
I understand the limitations of online polls. For example, the current DS favourite is Ben despite the fact that he has a similar personality profile to Nasty Nick from series one. From that, you can conclude that either the DSers are lunatics or that public opinion has changed markedly over the last 10 years. I’ll leave you to decide which is correct. Nevertheless, I think you can use online polls to detect trends and it looks like Corin is losing in popularity and gaining in unpopularity. If you don’t believe the DS polls then I’d suggest that it is also advisable to ignore the live eviction crowd. Many of them are lunatics too, sometimes the same lunatics as on DS. |
