I'm not saying to completely disregard online polls, but it's around the time that members on DS et al stop being a cross-section of the audience and become one of many sectors.
Spotting trends is still more than possible for most in there, but there will be some that have huge swings / movements that simply aren't representative of the wider audience. Forum members watch more live feed, desperately look for flaws in people, aren't as fickle etc. There's two likely candidates for forum hatred which isn't seen by the wider public. 1)Steve - barely visible, adds nothing but given a reasonable amount of time on the HL's - all of which is meant to be ridiculously positive. Forum backlash if you will. 2)Corin - voice that grates if you watch live feed 24/7, but no where near as annoying if hearing it for 10mins a day. Also causes loads of sound dips on live feed due to singing all the time. There may well be legimate reasons to hate these two above, but forum members have been actively looking for them and when they find them blow them out of proportion. This isn't done by the wider audience. People should be careful of Josie as well - strong favourites always become really disliked on forums if they show any sign of a negative trait. Think Belo and Mikey - both hated on the internet. |

(Sorry forgot to add to previous mega post)
The eviction crowds are also a sector of the audience rather than a representational cross-section, like forums. Therefore should never be disregarded, but shouldn't be taken as gospel either. |

I jumped out of this taxi today, I still really like Corin as a person but the negatives others see and I can see to some extent, are big enough to kill off her chances of winning. I do hope she enjoys the experience I think she has despite some housemates best efforts.

Back on course.
We've thrown the drunks out. Had a full valeting and have upped the prices to keep the riff raff away. We're buzzin! ..and leading the TIBB poll. |

Yes, looks like the poll manipulators have got to the polls (deleting cookies and all that stuff- if they were a bit more subtle they might have got away with it). Corin leading BBonline with Keeva 2nd LOL.

She's travelling nicely on the bridle whereas one or two have started to be rousted along vigorously - JJ and Josie have found nil under pressure and Mario, the sexual deviant, and Steve, the lech, are now weakening.

By:
Ive been slowly investing in the female-only taxi service, with Josie going above evens on here, the prices elsewhere in my view have opened unexpectedly cheaply this morning, albeit with limited availability.
|
|
By:
Taking the polls as a whole, her positive vote has increased and her negative vote has halved.
That constitutes a good week in my eyes, especially as JJ, Josie and Ben are all going the other way. |

I would say that Rachel seems to actually be more annoying than Corin as well - so will take the heat of her from that perspective for a bit.

Correction **heat off her from that perspective for a bit**

Another good moment for Corin with helium balloon - happy to take the p*ss out of herself and the phrases she uses all the time.
