If the Eagles are going to offer up Callum Sinclair and I'm hoping they won't, well at least make it count, the crows need another ruckman, Sinclair for Charlie Cameron and a decent pick, the Eagles need that elusive small forward type like Cameron and he's a WA boy to boot whereas Sinclair is a ready made ruckman his tap work is sublime he's very athletic and can take a good grab.

Swans need a key defender - will be interesting to see who they go for
By:
Another club who should never have cut Spangher.
Reid could easily go back and become a very good key defender for them though. I would like to see everyone come up with a serious/fair & reasonable trade or trades for their respective clubs based upon their needs and who knows there's always the minute possibility that it might inspire our respective clubs to actually show some balls for a change. |
By:
true, but sometimes a player needs to find the right club to shine
By:
Spangher hardly got a game, you cant fit everyone in.
By:
I've said it before when the swan picked him up and then the hawks and again during the season I absolutely spewed when the Eagles. / Worsfold cut Spangher dumb, dumb, move, just loved the way he went about it all he needed to do was work on his at times errant kicking. Am rapt he finally got an opportunity, seems like a terrific guy and no one deserves it more.

horatio labamba goin to melb is a good move,a rebounding creative happy half back..wtf is with the pies..a sinking ship..Buckley voted on the norm, was the only judge not to give hodge a vote !!!wot the fking fk was he watching ..is he fit to be a coach ...
By:
yes he will suit the rabble that is unfortunately still melbourne, seriously roosy has lost the plot if he thinks harry bang it on the boot o'brien is going to help them. They're better off developing another kid.
By:
I would have seriously chucked in my eagles membership in disgust if they had gone after him and so should should any thinking demons fan. a total waste of space and who need his prima donna craap.
By:
Waite leaving Carlton. Could be a great recruit as a 2nd or 3rd choice forward. Has been asked to be no 1 at Carlton and simply ain't that good, but as a 2 or 3 could be vital. Would suit a team on the cusp, North/Port et al.
By:
Blues also looking to trade Robinson and Garlett. A key forward would be good. Swans need some pace, Garlett could do that and Jetta was utter rubbish in the GF, they need another gamebreaker. Surely they don't need Sam Reid. A straight swap prob out of the question, Garlett and a 2nd round pick maybe.

By:
Shiel and Carlisle to Punt Road.
Will cost pick 11, Vickery, and maybe Conca. Hampson a disaster last term, worst value Richmond recruit since John Pitura. Orren Stephenson gonzo so the Tigers need another big bloke to complement big Ivan. They'll be pouring over the excess ruckmen/forward types at other clubs. "Clockwork" Gorringe, Griffiths at Freo, Witts, Cordy, Curry, Simpson, there should be someone floating around that they can get for pick 31. Not Giles, unless you get him for pick 80 or something. |
By:
As if Essendon are going to let Carlisle go for Shiels or pick 11. why would the hawks want to get rid of Shiels. he's been terrifc, can't say that happening. Unless you're talking about dylan shiel at GWS and couldn't see him leaving either nor GWS giving him up.

Where's Lloydy???
Since his pin up boy brock mclean resigned for another year we haven't heard a whisper from him, don't think he's quite recovered from that one just yet nor is he likely to anytime soon. |

Lets,
Ive been on a 12 day bender in Thailand. Can hardley see as Made so much on Brownlow. Gave a Little back on Savesometimetodream but still counting. 5* Accomadation, Food, Drinks, Flight all aid for from Brownlow. Watched Grand Final at some Aussie Bar Backed Hawks for Interest Bet. Cant Understand Carl lose Betts and Waite get 0. Demons Better off to lose Frawley as they get pick 3. Stronger teams getting all the good players, weak teams who wants to go. Mclean is a Shocker re sign. Its a No Brainer he is no good. Jaksch is only person we should be trying to get this Trade period. Also Some other players Homesick from GWS/GC Rebuild from bottom. Fev to Comeback and teach Cashbolt to kick and where to lead. Dont laugh at me, Cashbolt had 2 good games and everybody said he was a Star, he is still no good. Fev would do wonders for him. Im happy for Waite would of liked him to stay, North is not the Answer they just an Average side who got Lucky against Bombers, should of been out 1st rd. He should go Dockers to be back up for Pavs last year |
By:
did you back Priddis???
By:
Whats Fev going to do teach him how to go off the rails and throw away your life, he's a genius at that. No way would Mick let fev anywhere near the club.
By:
No I laid Ablet at 2s early in season.
Backed Back at average 8s Then Put even more on Brownlow night, then laid him at 3s Was Huge Green Every player When Sellwood went Odds on but was so far behind Layed him then back back to get bigger green all over. Didnt have to back Priddis just played the game smart. I actually thought you would of backed him. BTW Lucus and Bootsma to WC deal is locked in And Fev could do Wonders back at Carlton |
By:
No it isn't as the eagles have zero interest in bootsma, he's desperately trying to get a WAFL club to even give him a go, so zero chance of going to the eagles. Also zero interest in lucas and even if they were they wouldn't give up anything for him would be a rookie list project at best and a waste of a valuable rookie list spot. I keep hearing that the Eagles are looking at WA boy Reece Maxwell from The Recruit for a rookie list spot.
By:
Considered it on the day but when overlooked for the all australian squad I thought the umps wouldn't recognise him either. Buddy was my only brownlow bet, backed him at huge odds for a minimal outlay as soon as Gazza went down with the shoulder, Port was my big result when they knocked over freo.
By:
Was talking about Dylan Shiel. If the Tigers don't get him it will likely be Levi Greenwood, either way, I could see the Tigers pushing hard to pick up two very good players in their early 20's on their way to the 2015 Grand Final, probably against Port.
By:
Danye Beams wants to be with his brother up at Brisbane, also has father that is not well. Magpies want pick 4+ a player from Brisbane in exchange.
By:
Also last i heard was Freo were interested in James Frawley, willing to offer him $3,000,000 for 5 years of footy.Geelong offering $500,000 a season for 5 years.Frawley was at Freo Oval last week having discussions.......think they are possibly getting a back up player for Luke McPharlin since he is almost done
By:
a good north Melbourne insider told me. greenwood will definitely stay
waite a done deal, shaun Higgins more than likely in a roo jumper next year and pushing hard for Jono O'Rourke |
By:
damn it, i was hoping the dons would show some interest in greenwood. He's just what we need now that the forward line looks improved for next season. Carlisle's going nowhere !!! I can't believe we're showing interest in Garlett, ffs, if he's the type of player we need on the forward line we shouldn't have delisted alwyn davey. Please lets, ring up simpson and get him interested in Garlett.. don't want him at essendon.
By:
Don't really want a prima donna pretender like him at the Eagles either thanks very much mate, Dayle was arrested for breaking and entering the other day a very sad story, what a waste of such a gifted talent. To make it worse he had apparently been picked up for something else a few weeks earlier and I think if I recall correctly was out on bail for that at the time. Unbelievably stupid this kid he had the world at his feet all he had to do was show some character and intestinal fortitude and work through his initial problems at Hawthorn instead he opts to throw his future down the toilet.
By:
Eagles are almost certainly going to take Alex Waterman the son of Chris "Muddy" Waterman as a father-son and he's supposed to be a gun, so that's good news, Peter Matera's son Jordan coming up the year after that as well and he's supposed to be pretty good as well so it will be great to see some familiar names back at the Eagles.
By:
Dyson Heppells brother goes alright too, so i'm told. I'd love to have another dyson chasing the ball around.
By:
Dyson sucks
By:
With this Ryder and Beams issue.
Both should not be able to walk so easy. Ryder should only be able to sign same Contract he has with Bombers its a Bullshit Get out of Jail but more $$$$ Beams different as family but should only be allowed what he was on at Pies. |
By:
The common denominator is Judd's manager Paul Connors, a greasy slimey little priick and a first class cuunt and I hate using the c word.
By:
Mitch Clark doesn't want to go to Collingwood, preference is to join a premiership contention side aka Geelong
By:
that must be a huge insult to Collingwood
By:
Daniel Gorringe wants to go back to South Australia, Port Adelaide his preferred destination.......think another ruckman to help Port out will be handy. They have the option of going for Ryder or Gorringe, to help out Lobbe in the ruck
By:
and word is Guy McKenna has been sacked from Gold Coast. Personally, felt he didn't do that bad a job at the Suns but it shows how quick and volatile the environment is
By:
Don't worry WCE the Melbourne media have been crying for his blood basically ever since he got the gig. Ablett going down and somehow's he then responsible for the manner in which the rest of the team who was consistently brought into the game by Ablett then not surprisingly drop off. Unfortunately someone else is going to reap the reward for all his blood sweat and tears developing these kids and then predictably the media will give his successor all the credit. Pretty average performance from the Gold Coast hierarchy if you ask me.
By:
Sydney chasing Joel Patfull from the Lions - good to see, we need to strengthen our defense
By:
While Malcolm Blight holds the reins at GCS, it is only going to develop into a situation of sacked managers, trades, controversy.... it's all going to happen just like the public name and shame game that he oversaw at the crows. He probably thinks confrontation is how to win flags because it worked with a few crows years ago. NOT today malcolm.... have a look at the two sides that played for it this year.... both "look after the player" oriented clubs who have turned around the careers of other clubs rejects.

McKenna officially sacked
