Fair to say there's a lot more to be excited about on the dogs list for the future than carlton's who will go further into decline next year with Judd's looming retirement, Gibbs soft and still yet to see him tear a game apart off his own bat and just totally dominate, betts overrated and wanting 600k, robinson useless, waite injury prone and undisciplined and on the wrong side of 30 as well.

Whereas the dogs have dalhaus, tom campbell starting to show something roughead really coming on, ditto tom liberatore, Tom Young starting to emerge, Cooney back up and firing and moving freely, Griffen totally dominating, Minson a class ruckman  and an early draft pick this season, Dogs need to find a big key forward, Grant finally starting to look like a player etc, etc.

Blues have more holes in their list than a piece of swiss cheese.

Yep I was wrong this week, I can admit it.

You are wrong about EVERY long term debate we have had, and will be wrong about North as well because you simply don't understand football.

I declared Hawthorn when they were NOT IN THE 8. I repeat, when THEY WERE NOT IN THE 8. You told me they were "no good", and continued on saying how you were the be all and end all and they were not a contender. Clearly WRONG on that one.

Declared Freo were a top side this time last year. You again were prattling on about how they were no good and were not even close to the best in the west. Wow, you took wrong to a new level there.

You were seduced by Maric last year, who is now statistically the second worst starting ruckman in the comp. I had seen him play in the SANFL for about 8 years, not one of those games you saw. Unfortunately you are an expert on everything but can't acknowledge someone who had seen him for years and you hadn't, might have more of an idea. Wrong again as it turned out.

And Heppell vs Shuey, who can't get a kick unless he ducks his head. Well, this was so wrong I should stop.

Seriously, 0-4 and you still can't admit it.

Did you ever play? When we spoke about Maric you sounded like someone who had no understanding of the game at all.

Anyway, I obviously have not been on the forum all weekend and its no wonder why with bigheads like you who don't even know what they don't know.

No doubt you will try to justify yourself when I log off again. You are pathetic - maybe someone here would take you seriously when you admit when you are wrong

By the way, I think you by your own words have "unloaded" about 80 times this year (and got about 4 right). People laugh at you posting your fictional "unload" bets.

Does Eddie really want 600K or is that just his way of saying get me the feck out of here?

never realised you were such a sore loser AD you must have unloaded on the blues and the bombers and your mate Bryce Gibbs who would have to be the most over hyped player I've ever seen.

Blues were everything I said they would be soft, arrogant and selfish, it was about halfway through the game they realised that the dogs weren't going to hand it to them on a platter and tried to go with them but when the dogs really put the acid on them they crumbled yet again.

North players consistently fail to perform to the same level when they don't play under the dome that's a very serious problem going forward and as for Maric his second half of the year after a poor start to the season has been good and he's continuing to build upon that form as the Tigers head into the finals, he tore the hawks apart last week with some great work.

Well done, you are clearly wrong on all counts and have failed to admit to anything in your post.

Your failure to address my post is consistent with what I expected, because you know you have been proven a fool.

I have said before I don't bet on football, don't need to, I am not an addicted gambler like yourself that bets on absolutely everything. No wonder you have admitted you can't make it pay. It is sad, maybe you should seek help?

And obviously you didn't play the game and when I did explain a few things about ruckwork you couldn't understand. So far out of your depth you don't even know

To be fair BJT and Lets Elope provided the best information this week from a neutral perspective and well done to them for having the balls to put money down on the Eagles. Aussie Driver was way off the mark however if you'd bet on the opposite of what he predicted you would of come up with the $$$$!

It's interesting how competitive betting can get but I'd just like to say thanks to BJT, Lets Elope & got beat by a whisker-again for the awesome betting advice this weekend!!! This is the one resource I can usually count on for good advice.

I wasn't going to spoon but if he wants to be a smart arse and continually say I 've got no idea when I've more often than not proven correct then he's going to have to expect to be exposed.

So now I'm a degenerate gambler that's funny seeing how I only bet on footy and the races/trots on a consistent basis wouldn't touch greyhounds etc if you paid me to, all of which is based upon sound form assessment I have small relatively small interest in the tennis only on grand slams because I enjoy watching the slams and if I'm going to watch it seriously I may as well make a profit on the time spent watching it.
I don't bet every day or on every race and I do however respect how hard it is to continually win and support yourself with no other income as a fall back measure  as a professional punter and the level of discipline that is consistently required and it's not something I enjoy, so instead I treat it as a serious and generally profitable sideline.

Lets Elope, do you bet on the NRL? I've found AFL/NRL multis are a great way to go! I like your attitude and look forward to seeing what predictions you have for this weekend's tough draw of AFL!!!

I can't stand the thugs game, mate so I don't bet on things that I have no interest in or little knowledge of. Plenty of people like league and they're welcome to enjoy it, I don't,  it's just a personal preference, I appreciate the skill involved but I don't appreciate the premeditated violence, the thuggery and genral attitude of some league players including their off field behaviour and the same goes for some AFL footballers.

Fair enough, I've never watched a full game of NRL I've only bet on a few dozen matches lol and won mostly!!! Bring the next weekend of AFL!

Big value pies against the hawks think the pies can roll the hawks who are only just going at the moment and have a few injury concerns to key players and rioli may have a match review problem. I hate Collingwood but they just might be putting it all together at the right time, sydney were probably a bit off last night but the pies were awesome again.
