Well Well who would have thought it when we started The Banker the Dutch of The Day was just starting to see signs of recovery after a bad run, and The Banker was in fine form as we launched it on the blog.  Here we are after the tweaks with the Dutch of The Day and it's doing brilliant, actually showing a profit at flat stakes, and The Banker needs some juice injected.  I'm working on this!  Obviously the Dutch of The Day a low ROI bet compared to your investment, so the strike rate needs to high.  Given the average bet is 10% ROI, although due to some early bets being between 15 and 20%, we are now in the profit zone!

I honestly see the US Racing as the future of dutch betting, but so we have profits day and night, a few choice UK races can definitely add to your evening US betting.  I'm putting together a US package for my site as the success has been phenomenal with my trials, so if you're interested drop me an email and I'll update you when I have more to show for it.

Anyway, onto today and the bum news is there is no Dutch of The Day today, as the race I want to dutch has a low ROI including the horses I need to be covering.  So let's hold onto our dosh for an extra day and I'll be back tomorrow.

Hi Everyone,

I think it's fair to say the Banker is on a horrible run of form at the moment, but still in profit!  A friend of mine emailed me a loss recovery system to check out which he's using with it to make sure he stays in profit, and given the win loss sequence I can see why it would work, a;though I'm not a fan of using a loss recovery method until I see something breaking even at flat stakes consistently. So the jury is out there for for me personally!

I'll keep posting these bets, and hopefully we take an upward turn soon and start climbing again.  If not I'll replace the B at the start of the name of it with a W and you can take it or leave it as a daily best bet tip.  Usually the selection comes down to the most in hand, so maybe this is the way to go if we don't see an improvement, but who knows fingers crossed!

Today I would be shocked if we lose, but stranger things have happened!

Incidentally our Dutch of The Day bet is fantastic form and into double figures since our last loss.  Back in profit at flat stakes and made a real turn around after a poor run.  So all is not lost here, I just need to scratch my beardy chin and make some tweaks if things don't start heading up hill again.

Yesterdays horse Alla Svelta was well ahead in the race, easily looking like the winner, so apart from the fact it was running like Scooby Doo I felt sure it would make it to the end in first place.  Unfortunately though no, it fell halfway round the course which nobody could have predicted, and left us with an unlucky losing Banker bet!

Right, let's see how that affects the figures.

Today my filtering system for selecting these bets has produced am interesting horse in a class 5 auction maiden.  Not the bolted on selections we normally produce, but this horse is the stand out in this race, has the best ratings and speed figures, and is better off in the weights.
