Yesterdays horse Alla Svelta was well ahead in the race, easily looking like the winner, so apart from the fact it was running like Scooby Doo I felt sure it would make it to the end in first place.  Unfortunately though no, it fell halfway round the course which nobody could have predicted, and left us with an unlucky losing Banker bet!

Right, let's see how that affects the figures.

Today my filtering system for selecting these bets has produced am interesting horse in a class 5 auction maiden.  Not the bolted on selections we normally produce, but this horse is the stand out in this race, has the best ratings and speed figures, and is better off in the weights.
