Moose is on a roll, banging in his fourth winner on the trot, Grenham Bay at 3/1, to sneak up to second. Another on the same winner was our hotshot newbie sageform, who races up to fifth.
Elsewhere, lux climbed to seventh on a 7/4.
Our latest newbie warhan is also showing signs of a decent run - two from two so far - a 13/8 today edging him up to fourth. 
Finally, the same odds-on left swift-tuttle up in 10th and madhatter up in 11th, while another shortie got swifty's mate Hale-Bopp off the mark in 16th.

Hi Reged, I hate to be complaining as a total newbie but I had Maso Bastie at 7/2 then a loser, then a 3/1 win yesterday so should my total be 5.5 not 4.5? Or do I get a 1 point loss for missing the first day?

And what is I suppose not specified but taken as read is that anyone joining after the start of the month is nevertheless treated as if having started on the first day of the month. This is to avoid giving an unfair advantage.
