Not sure I will deliver good news Roy but coming over for Yarmouths opening meeting,I pray that I can give something positive regarding Skinto.

Heard nothing since last mentioned,hope to give a positive report but no confident.

George--I think the only reason we are both over 700 points is because fewer members have taken part this season--and the amazing Norfolk Mafia has not been able to post for a few months now--he would be up there in the top 6/7 and taken many points that we have benefited from.--120 points available --only top 4 can now win.

An amazing victory for Pat, who turned 93 years young not that long ago, winning with a massive score of 742.67 points, which even allowing for the smaller numbers taking part, is a remarkable achievement. This should be national news, not just hidden away on the Your Comps forum!

Roy also managed to build up a huge score of over 700 points, and I'm sure if there is one person in the world he won't mind finishing runner-up to, it's Pat!

A great effort from BostonRover to finish third overall.

Former champions lux, Billposter and cosmik debris make the top 10 again to finish 4th, 6th and 10th respectively.

A score of over 600 pts for GRP888 who finishes 5th overall.

CagliariG, Macintoshmatty and qqking all scored well over 500 pts to finish in the final top 10.

I have posted the result on Pat's family "The Rave Winkle Club" on Facebook--they expect this sort of thing from Pat,--married three times, each time the marriage hit a bad period,Pat sorted the problem out by packing her suitcases and leaving the house, to start up again on her own, which also involved running two B&B one in Tal-y- Bont near Conwy and one in Hunstanton Norfolk--both for ten years--Pat was born in 1930---her mum getting pregnant by the lord of the manor's son--lost her job, husband left home, had two children already so Pat was sent to Dr. Bernardo's --Pat looked for her family, on all the official channels with no joy, then when Pat was about 65, her local vicar asked her where she was born, told him the name of the hospital in Bedford--two weeks later he gave her a piece of paper,and said ring that number and you will talk to your brother--she had 4 sisters and two brothers all alive, her mother had died two years earlier.--an amazing women !!

I bring you sad news---our current 2022/2023 champion (Pat) passed away shortly before 4.00 am yesterday morning aged 93 ---she looked forward each day to making her selections--mainly going by the jockey's(Luke Morris was a favourite of her's) and trainers--- all I would do is cross off in her newspaper--Non runners--and any listed at more than 20/1.
