well a very varied menu on offer today, lots to choose from jimnast exactaman Hilly stewpot petemac are our opportunists today still to play Hilly Im sure you are aware you picked a N/R so still to play Jimnast you are on standby with the wildcard feel free to post it on here (not on the selections thread) and we will await to see if there are any No Shows Best of Luck guys I have a short list but only one before 3.00 see you all later  |

Well done scorers, especially Jimnast, you've salvaged 2 points for us!! Next week we have a team "in very good form" so its all hands to the pump, they don't take prisoners. Stewpot I'm in training on a diet of raw steak to try and put the tiger back in my tank for this one

shame about dream tale he did look the winner for a few strides,leopardstown is a track that its never over till they hit the line .
hilly on the speedway good to hear belle vue has the best track in the country but why do they keep that a secret ,i live within 15 minutes of the place and did not know they even had a new track. boro bears were not around when i was going the top teams then were belle vue,exeter,ipswich and reading ,back in the early 70s the big comp was the speedway star cup the final was over two legs i will never forget it was reading against belle vue ,reading won the first leg belle vue the 2nd but the scores were tied,it was to be a run of between peter collins of belle vue and anders micheneck of reading,the place was electric collins won the crowd went mad ,still all these years on it remains in the top 10 sporting events i have been to. |

I know you are still rubbing your eyes guys sometimes its better not to be at the top until the last week ...
