Am putting up Soldier On Parade 6.30 S Backed this morning at 7-2, would like a bigger price than 2-1 but a winner is a winner hopefully! His sire has had four winners and a 40-1 third from just six runners here! |

always found these long distance races at Southwell hard to fathom winner had dropped lots in weights

Have gone for Citron Major 4.25 Ripon EW, 1-2 in this 6 runner h'cap.
Goes well over C/D with 2 wins, has won a few more races on G/F ground over 6/7fs winning off marks from 78-89. Has a huge pull in weights with Staxton on Great St Wilfred form when btn 5 lengths, also meets Muscica on favourable terms, question is whether he'll be ready 1st time out as usually needs a few runs but at about 14/1 I feel is worth taking a chance with. |

Legal Thriller in 5.15 Limerick taken a chance and gone win only (he who dares rodders he who dares) Jim Bolgers horses have definitely struck form and stable gone close with a couple today already looked at Sasta 3.30 but think Legal Thriller is best chance of winner step up in trip I think should suit and good ground is perfect. As an aside Nonios caught my eye going into class 5 and running with a 1st time tongue tie just two days after running respectably at Chelsmford has dropped a ton in weights and only poor win record put me off this as a selection gl Stewarts with your runner later COY TOFTL's  |

 prob should have gone ew but looking at scores it hasnt made much difference luck didnt run with us with jamesdean and stewartrise going v.close and probably could have won with better rides imo good effort by all concerned though |
